Granted we are coming off of pretty crappy fridges that we have used only while renting, this is an awesome fridge! It is the fridge we have ever bought and we love it and are glad we went with Samsung! It is very spacious in both the fridge and freezer. The temperature controls and such are very simple and can be controlled from a phone. Finally, the water and ice dispensers are great. No complaints so far.

Great refrigerator. Runs quite and is very spacious inside. Would give it five stars if it had a bigger ice cube maker.

was very happy that I didn't get the pull out drawer one. At first I did but it was damaged when I arrived. At that point I was able to see how milk, wine, or 2 liter soda would fit and it didn't! So I switched fridges with a different model and am so happy I did. This has tons of space. Also I bought the black stainless steel and if you have a toddler you know how annoying finger prints are. So far no prints! The only negative if I had to say is that the ice machine is a bit loud but not horrible.

Spacious room and many shelves inside and on the doors. The temperature control is in a convenient but inconspicuous location. The temperature drawers (3) are wonderful! The freezer is spacious and easy to arrange because of the extra 2 spaces (bins) provided. The space allows easy to locate and not overlook an item because of crowding. A definite good choice for family. Samsung to provide efficient and affordable products to the consumer.

it was time to move my old Frigidaire out to the garage when the icemaker died. It was a side by side & was well designed. I decided to go with the French door style, hopefully to fit a little more inside. The men who delivered it were very professional & hooked up the water & icemaker for me. I discovered it holds about the same amount. The way I arranged my shelves leaves less room for tall things like wine bottles, tall milk jugs, & tall creamers. They have to be stored on the doors. Lucky for me that my old fridge in the garage is my new wine cooler. Other that these personal preferences, this refrigerator is great. It makes fresh food last longer. Food is easier to reach. There are sensors that ding if you leave the door open too long. Samsung did a great job on the seal. I can't feel any cool air escaping (like it didmy old Frigidaire 2004 vintage). One of the reasons I chose Samsung was their 10 year warranty. Living in Florida with storms & hurricanes is rough on appliances due to brownouts. It includes loss of food. To date, I'm happy with my purchase.

I've had this fridge for a month now, and I've been very satisfied with it. Even with the ice maker residing in the body of the fridge, there is more than enough room for all my groceries. Temperatures have stayed very consistent, and the freezer is much bigger than it looks. I've wrapped and frozen 10lbs worth of meat and there is still room to spare. The only trouble I've had with it is getting it connected to wifi, but that could be an issue with my router.

It has great capacity and its contents are very easy to find, for the refrigerator section, one can browse eqsily all contents with minimum effort. Connecting it to the wifi was not as easy, as the app failed from fresh installation, the solution was to uninstall the app and reinstall, then it was easy. The doors do jot auto-close, but the app notifies when the doors are left open

This refrigerator is perfect size inside and out. Like how the outside interior does not get fingerprints so you don’t have to constantly clean it. Also the water and ice machine on the outside of the refrigerator doors are at perfect height also the inside top of the refrigerator is a really good height for when you’re inside the fridge. You don’t have to bend down. I love this refrigerator and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Love the size of the refrigerator portion because the freezer is in the bottom. There is ample space for fruit and vegetables in the bins. The shelves are adjustable which makes it convenient to refrigerate various sizes of items like pots and drinks. The freezer is divided into several sections where I put meat on one side, vegetables on the other and prepackaged food (in boxes) in the pullout drawer portion of the freezer.

This is a pretty nice refrigerator. We like the appearance and how brightly lit the interior is. It is very roomy (actually, this thing is huge.). The fingerprint resistant exterior does seem to minimize the appearance of fingerprints. Even though this is a very large refrigerator, installation is easy. It does require some effort to move it around as it weighs about 300#.

So far we really like our new refrigerator. It is very spacious and holds a lot of food. This is our first French door style refrigerator and we have been impressed with how that design allows for more storage room, We also like the “flip-up” shelf that allows for storage of taller items. So far our only complaint is that the ice maker is very slow in dispensing the cubes.

Looks great. Works great. Love the extra CoolSelect Pantry where we store our beverages at a little cooler temp. The wireless control is fun but don't know if I will use it much once the set up is complete. Freezer is huge and we like that the top drawer pulls all the way forward and that the divider was removable. Not that pleased with the small ice cubes. Extra shout out to the delivery guys for a good experience.

Thoroughly enjoying our new refrigerator! No fingerprints!!! Large capacity freezer. Adjustable door shelves makes storing tall items easy. Only negative would be that the ice cube maker is loud when it it drops the new cubes but no big deal. Had been looking for awhile to find the right refrigerator and in stock and was surprised not only for it to be in stock but on sale at a very favorable price.

We had a very similar Samsung, that only lasted 7 years, with constant ice maker issues,but the design was great for us (large family, who needs lots of space). We were told this one was essentially identical, and hoped we had just had a lemon before. This one came missing a freezer shelf, and previously movable dividers are now fixed. It is brand new, but the materials feel more flimsy, it was no longer available in black, and no longer matches our other appliances. Bigger problem is that for some ridiculous reason they have changed the shelf spacing. Before we were able to keep big bottles of spagetti sauce, salsa, milks, on the top shelf, and still have usable shelves below. Now with the new layout, if we drop the top shelf down done, the space below is not usable, even for bread. Milk on the door goes bad more quickly, and we have pitchers of lemonade and things that we cannot keep anywhere, and large bottles sideways often leak. To make it worse the left hand refrigerator door shelves are now so small that the ketchup and other condiments we used to keep there no longer fit. Nothing fits there, it is only useful for baby food jars, and those just barely! Even though there is nothing bigger in the structure of the door, and the ice crusher barely crushes anything, and very slowly, so that is worse too. Overall very disappointed with this newer model.

We replaced our old fridge with this one recently. It works really good. It has plenty of room for all of our groceries. The ice maker works great and water is always chilled. The only things I would change would be that the doors don’t close by themselves like our previous fridge so we’re getting used to that. The side colors are gray, would prefer black. Overall a good investment.

The fridge has a big size. We like the way you can adjust the shelves for high size items. It’s very spacious. The only thing we have not been able to adjust is a way to have the door close easier. We have realized several times that we leave the right door open, which never happened with our old one. Others than that we are very happy with the refrigerator.
