Received Defective Product, Terrible Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our brand-new Samsung refrigerator quickly started having problems with freezer temperature. We tried several different fixes only to finally have to get service from Samsung. Their techs came out and found that there was a leak in the refrigerant line to the freezer compartment. They told us it would be prohibitive to fix and that we would hear from Samsung within 48 hours about an exchange for a new refrigerator. We have been waiting for nearly three weeks, calling regularly only to be told that we need to wait. Today we were finally told that the exchange was "under review" and that we should hear within 5-7 days whether we would get a new refrigerator. Samsung refuses to stand behind its products and we will never buy another Samsung appliance again.
