Fridge looks nice and is very roomy in the inside. It's a little bit noisy though. After we got it delivered and installed, we noticed a dent on one of the plastic edges of the glass shelf. Best Buy offered us $50 for the inconvenience. Last weekend, I noticed another dent and that one is on the exterior freezer door!!! It isn't noticeable as it is kind of hidden by the pull bar. I contacted Best Buy, but they refused to exchange it as I passed my 15-day window. They referred me to Samsung who then blamed Best Buy for the dent. I am now stuck with a fridge that has a cosmetic flaw. Never did I expect such worse experience for a Platinum member. We have been loyal Best Buy customer since 2010. I will cancel my Geek Squad and Best Buy credit card!

Power works but no cooling on refrigerator or freezer. I've always had good luck with Samsung but I guess I should have done better homework.
