It took over one month to get replacement shelves with many mistakes made and wasted hours on the phone. It took three different tech services to just have someone come out and get the doors and drawer working better. I have still not been awarded all of the my best buy points which I should have for this purchase. Manager at Best Buy told me he can’t waste his time trying to help me. This company is nothing like what it used to be both Samsung and Best Buy

For the people that have left these great reviews, just wait. It worked great the first 6 months or so we had it then we started having problems with the ice maker. We’ve now had it for 18 months and ice maker constantly freezes up and won’t make ice. For the price we paid for this refrigerator, I didn’t expect to start having problems with it this soon. Sorry we bought this one. Won’t buy another Samsung.
