We replaced our old fridge with this one recently. It works really good. It has plenty of room for all of our groceries. The ice maker works great and water is always chilled. The only things I would change would be that the doors don’t close by themselves like our previous fridge so we’re getting used to that. The side colors are gray, would prefer black. Overall a good investment.

We had a very similar Samsung, that only lasted 7 years, with constant ice maker issues,but the design was great for us (large family, who needs lots of space). We were told this one was essentially identical, and hoped we had just had a lemon before. This one came missing a freezer shelf, and previously movable dividers are now fixed. It is brand new, but the materials feel more flimsy, it was no longer available in black, and no longer matches our other appliances. Bigger problem is that for some ridiculous reason they have changed the shelf spacing. Before we were able to keep big bottles of spagetti sauce, salsa, milks, on the top shelf, and still have usable shelves below. Now with the new layout, if we drop the top shelf down done, the space below is not usable, even for bread. Milk on the door goes bad more quickly, and we have pitchers of lemonade and things that we cannot keep anywhere, and large bottles sideways often leak. To make it worse the left hand refrigerator door shelves are now so small that the ketchup and other condiments we used to keep there no longer fit. Nothing fits there, it is only useful for baby food jars, and those just barely! Even though there is nothing bigger in the structure of the door, and the ice crusher barely crushes anything, and very slowly, so that is worse too. Overall very disappointed with this newer model.

This Refrigerator has a Nice clean appearance , Very quiet ,Freezer space with drawers that pull out fully for full access and has some wireless connectivity. The Refrigerator portion has decent space on the inside with adjustable drawers however some of the door shelves are very small for anything of reasonable size still not a deal breaker.

This has met all our expectations. It has plenty of room for all our food products. My one complaint is that the In door ice maker is rather loud both when in use & when it is dropping ice. But you get use to that, I would recommend this to my friends.

So far (only had it a month) - this fridge has been great. I love the LED lights on the inside, that really make everything bright. The ability to have taller item storage (by sliding one of the shelves back) is great. Also love the large drawer at the bottom of the fridge - where you can choose what temperature to store things. I like to use it for deli meat and cheese.

This fridge is amazing,especially for the price tag. It has a ton of open and adjustable space in it. The main section of the fridge is virtually customizable to your liking. The dual air flow keeps the items in the fridge the same temperature throughout the entire fridge. The water from the water dispenser is ice cold, no ice needed! Excellent buy!

Very happy with purchase. More room. Easy to see, easy access. I like the fingerprint free exterior. Strong water dispenser. Spacious freezer. Happy with the delivery and installation went smoothly, followed distancing felt comfortable.

Great !! The only thing i dislike about it is it needs too much of information to connect to the wifi. Should ideally be that it should connect to the wifi easily .. kind of a one touch button and least amount of information should be needed. This needs app username etc etc etc. Fridge performance is good.

Beautiful refrigerator. Works well and everything fits. The one annoying thing is the water/ice dispenser drips water after someone gets ice. And we have hard water here so if you don’t wipe it up right away it leaves a water spot. It’s been less than a month and I’m already annoyed, so this should be fun. Otherwise it’s perfect for us.

Samsung is best for me to connecting with samsung mobile and even door left open you get reminder in your mobile phone. and you can control temp. SYstem for your mobile phone ....best in quality wise then compare with other company same price range..

have had for only a month, but so far very happy. love the french door setup and the fingerprint resistantance very nice to have. only reason I didnt give it 5 * is becuase ice maker is ok. I am comparing this one to my other samsung refrigerator, where the ice comes out all the time, this one alaways seems to come out slow, like its almost empty.

So far so good, alot of room in the freezer. It took almost 2 days for the ice maker to be online as the first 2 full buckets of ice made has to be discarded and also w gallons of water has to too. It is a wifi refrigerator and has some neat features like alerts shen door is open , filter replacement etc..

I love this French Door Refrigerator /freezer. There is so much room in the refrigerator I have room left over. The same with the freezer. With the 2 layers of drawers in the freezer I have so much room! I always had to crowd stuff in the refrigerator No now. Would highly recommend this to everyone. They won’t be disappointed.

I’m happy with the purchase of this refrigerator. It has more features and a larger capacity than any other I came across for the price point. I was surprised to find just how effective the fingerprint resistant finish is. Have been using it since delivery about a month ago without any issues.

Nice fridge, functioning properly. The door has a tendency to stay open, so you have to make sure you actively close it. Also, the ice and water dispenser are both slower to respond Than in other models we have had, it, overall, we are satisfied.

Simple, yet great performing refrigerator. Plenty of space, along with ease of movable shelf makes this refrigerator a great buy. Ice maker produces both regular and crushed ice, making it versatile for different drinks. I wasn't sure about Samsung appliances, but so far so good.

My wife loves this refrigerator. We upgraded for an 18 cubic foot model, so there is so much more space. The drawers have separate temp settings, so beverages and produce may be kept cooler and fresher longer.

Love the spacious size and customizable shelves/partitions. Inside white light makes it easy to see everything. Also love that the exterior is magnetic. Don't like that the water/ice dispenser doesn't come with a removable tray to collect drips. Ice maker is a little small and the ice cubes are significantly smaller.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of space inside. I have it 4 stars bc after a liquid spilled on the shelf above the drawers, it was quite a process to remove the shelf and the glass to clean it. Had to watch a YT video to figure it out. Otherwise, it’s wonderful. And quiet too!

Looks great. I still dont know about the bottom freezer, but my wife loves it, so I love it. Only thing I dont like is left door doesnt allways close by itself, not a big deal just keep it in mind. Make sure you have room for it, it is big.
