Don't buy this refrigerator

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to purchase a new refrigerator during Covid lockdown and this was the only comparable model available to replace my GE Profile. This model replicates the GE Profile however, it has several design flaws. You cannot clean the shelves very easily, shelving configurations do not maximize space so it does not hold as much as it states. Lastly, the ice maker is a catastrophe. Requesting a repair person is by no means an easy process. My product is in MA and the point person is on Long Island, NY? Really?? If you are going to buy, definitely buy the protection plan, you will need it. Good luck!
