All the plastic coating was not removed, one of the crisper drawers was broken, the seal on the freezer drawer was compromised and the top drawer in the freezer was not functioning properly. When the technicians came to see the issues, they advised a new unit would be ordered and delivered; however, I have not received a call from Best Buy as to verify when the appliance will be delivered. I've purchased several major appliances from Best Buy and am somewhat disappointed in this latest service provided. I'm certain this will be rectified soon.

It takes two people to remove the frame and also two people to remove clips that holds the glass in the frame. The clip tabs are very fragile and break easily. There are no instructions in the manual and online details indicate the best way is to use two screwdrivers to press the clip tabs open. Who would have thought that this would have been an area that needed checking when looking for a new frig. I've never seen such a horrible design.

My ice maker was leaking after having the refrigerator for less than 3 years. I called geek squad to come out and they were able to fix the leak and add new seals however less than two months later, the motor on the refrigerator started making very loud noises. I called them out again and they decided to offer a replacement. I would not recommend this refrigerator.
