    Unimpressive. Ice maker can be very loud. Freezer has ice on walls, drawers, and food.

    This is my 2nd Samsung refrigerator in 7 years. Ice make burst out and cooling system wasn’t working properly

    Can’t really right a review since the product was damaged when it was delivered and they did not have another one so never really had this product

    I cant believe you just leave people high and dry because you failed to deliver my purchase of a new___ not out of box with dents and dings. All of my food is destroyed. The charge has not been removed from the credit card. Delivery guys made it out like i would have a new refrigerator by Monday or Tuesday. Then the phone call no refrigerator til august. Who does that to a customer????. Not even an apology??? I better have an email. TODAY VERIFYING THE REVERSAL OF CHARGES FROM THE BEST BUY CARD. IT IS ALREADY ON MY JUNE STATEMENT.

    Ice maker Broken

    This refrigerator is a beautiful and was wonderful for a year. After that the ice maker broke and cannot be fixed!!! I can’t believe i spent $1800 on something that breaks in a year. Do not buy! Its a common problem with Samsungs.

    Very happy so far. Was expecting it to come with a container for storing ice, thought that was kind of cheap. Over all a good fridge.

    Refrigerator freezer area stopped working 1 month after purchase, contact costumer service and no technicians available for about 8 days, all items in freezer area melted, up to know this item is a piece of junk. Hopefully it can be fixed and my opinion about Samsung Refrigerators can change.

    Ice maker is slow. The noise you hear is louder than any other fridge i have heard. The water dispenser leaks between switching with water and cubed ice. The bottom drawer squeaks when opening or closing. Not very good quality. Would not buy again.

    BIG ICE MAKER PROBLEMS

    Ice maker broke because it became a giant block of ice after 1 year of use. I had it repaired through geek squad protection and 4 months later the same thing is happening again. Only this time water is leaking from the ice maker.

    I wasn't home when it came. My niece just told me the fridge is unboxed. So I don't know if get something on display but paying full price. Ice maker dispenser makes too little and water dispenser not cold. I'm not happy.

    Don't by floor models

    Making a loud humming noise, was told even though it was a floor model it would have the same warranty as a new one. But when you try to do a service call through Samsung they said the warranty was expired. And I had only had it a week

      A refrigerator is never completely quiet, even when it's new. In fact, new fridges may be louder as they settle into place. Still, noises from your ice maker or the compressor should never get so loud that it's interrupting a conversation. Please see these links for details.
