Samsung French door

So very disappointed with this purchase . Would not buy again .

Ice maker is awful

Wish I would have read more reviews, apparently this is a known issue with samsung. Last samsung purchase I’ll make.

Beautiful refrigerator, but didn’t last

Not a good refrigerator at all!

Water fountain always leaking after it has been used. Hard to clean some areas inside because there is not way to access them.

Dents easily

I don’t feel that excessive force was applied. I would consider this before purchasing if you have children.

Lots of room, water dispenser leaks and puddles

Disapointed custome!

They were so late, no communication, did not have all the tools they needed to excecute the job. They left my yard messy. Did not leave refrigerator where they should have, instead they just left it outside my front door plus it wss scratched by them. Very un proffessional. Fridge is still outside failed to get some one to take it away. Will never purchase or recomend any one to purchase appliances from best buy. Am very disapointed.

Very upset with this purchase

I bought this fridge set up a delivery date almost a week earlier. I left work 3 hours early to come home to wait for my new fridge to come and it never showed up. I recieved a confirmation text and email the day prior to my fridge deliver day and time. Called the store which took almost a half an hour before someone finally picked up to which I was told oh yeah sorry it didn't make the truck in time to be delivered. I list a lot of money leaving work early to come home for nothing. I should have at least received some form of a cancelation but got nothing

Missing Pizza Shelf (freezer door bin guard)

All arrived and installed as expected except for missing pizza shelf in freezer. I called best buy support. They said "we don't have that part. You should call Samsung to order it". After sitting on hold for 15 minutes and asking to speak to a manager I was disconnected from the call. Disappointing experience on a $5000 purchase. Still no shelf... :(

The salesman said this frig was the same size as the one I had. It was not getting the frig into my kitchen the delivery guys knocked a mirror off the wall broke it. They picked it up and put it in my table NEVER said they were sorry. The frig has 2 small dents in it. They left the frig sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor they plugged it in that’s it. They didn’t put it together. Had to cut my cabinets to make it fit. I will never buy there again. I’m so disappointed! Stay away!!!!!

Bad delivery service
