"BEST Buy" Is Dishonest !!

After owning it for 10 days I'm having a hard time scheduling it to be repaired. Where has this has this thing been for at least 3 years ?? I'm very disappointed :(

Bad Purchase!

This refrigerator is les than 6 months old and has quit working. I called for service and was told that the first appointment they had is 5 days from now. I am an elite member and purchased the Geek Squad protection plan. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product and absolutely do not recommend any Samsung. I may never make another purchase from BEST BUY again.

Broken/Defective Upon Delivery

The door handle was not operable upon the installation techs setting up and there is incessant beeping that will not stop. It's almost like the door is open but it's not, so I am thinking the sensor is broken on my brand new refrigerator.

Very bulky and big

Havent even received it

Great Unit - Ice Maker Issues

There is a very good good distribution of storage space. My only dissatisfaction is with the icemaker. There’s not enough volume and speed of production for a family household. It also has a tendency to freeze up, which is fixable using the built in defroster you can activate from the control panel inside the fridge, but Samsung has had years to figure out this common problem. >shrug<

Lots to love but room for improvement

We havenarrow doors, so I had to find a fridge that could fit through them. Pros: plenty of space, double crispers, well lit, love the wide drawer and the freezer is well organized. Cons: water dispenser is set forward so you need to be careful when filling narrow water bottles or tall, narrow glasses. Ice dispenser spits a bit so ice does fall on the floor, especially crushed ice. Plus, no light at the water/ice dispenser, which my old fridge had and we loved. The biggest issue is that the interior shelves absolutely cannot accommodate anything tall like a wine bottle or even a tall soda bottle. We have a shelf spaced about 6" from another one because of this. BUT overall we are happy!
