Surprisingly deep, lots of good storage. In-door water runs much slower than previous fridge which is the only disappointment. Otherwise very pleased with the fridge itself and the Best Buy installation team.

This fridge/freezer combo chills and freezes things like...it should. Overall it works well and we really like the layout and being able to fit two milk jugs in the door. (Singing the wrong lyrics) My milkshakes scare all the boys in the yard! My only complaint is the water dispenser holds onto a bit of crushed ice when you dispense it, which melts (go figure) and then drips onto the floor or down the front of the fridge. After dispensing water it also will drip some water. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying to have to deal with.

Ice machine is in a very convenient place. The layout allows for maximum storage. I love how the drawers are temperature controlled and you are able to adjust the temperatures based on contents.

The rerefrigerator works as advertised. Do wish the ice maker output more ice. Other than that it is very quiet. Does the job without fuss. I have had it for 1 week and no problems.

The amount of space in it is amazing, especially after using side-by-side counter-depth for years. Door storage is good, freezer section is very convenient, adjustable sections of the shelves add flexibility. Still trying to figure out the best usage of the "CoolSelect Pantry" drawer: in order to open it, both refrigerator doors need to be open and therefore it is not such a good idea to keep frequently accessed items there - probably better suited for occasionally used stuff. Overall very pleased with the quality and performance.

We have a family of 4 and to be honest, this refrigerator provides more than enough space and some. The only knock is the ice maker is kind of bulky so it makes the spacing inside the door tight.

Samsung refrigerators are the best! Spaceous and bright, makes a lot of ice!

We love our new refrigerator. The dark black stainless steel looks sharp. There’s plenty of room on the inside for organization. The ice maker/ice machines functions well and is equipped with a built in light. There are door alarms which is awesome with kiddos. Of note I’d share this. Upon installation of your water line you’ll need to dispense several pitchers of water to toss. This will help eliminate air from your water line. Do not freak out when water drips from your water/ice dispenser. Keep in mind that the line is long, runs inside your fridge, and connects to the line on your wall. After two days the drips completely went away as promise after all the air got out of the line. I’m perfectly happy with my purchase.

We really like this refrigerators looks, fingerprint resistance, and space. The cool select slide out pantry is very convenient and functional. The 10 year warranty also gives us peace of mind.

Over all this is a great refrigerator. Plenty on room. My only complaint is the freezer there needs to be third drawer

Our old kitchen fridge died without warning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic during stay at home orders. Best Buy was pretty much the only store able to deliver a replacement that fit the existing fridge cove in our kitchen in anything less than a month. The new fridge itself is very spacious and is brightly lit inside. Our old fridge was a side by side, so that has been a little bit of adjustment, but overall the French door style fridge is a much better use of space.

Plenty of room for all our groceries both in the fridge and freezer Cool select pantry is great for snacks like yogurt, pudding cups, etc for the kids. And the fingerprint resistant stainless is exactly that!!!

Love the design and how you have flexibility when it comes to organizing the shelves within the refrigerator. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel was a great choice too!

Wide with plenty of room. Adjusts to fit tall items and keeps everything at a perfect temperature. Also an alert to let you know when you held the door open too long. Absolutely love it!

Unfortunately I returned it because it didn’t fit but in the store it looked amazing and a very nice refrigerator I loved the space inside and loved the overall design and look of the refrigerator

Love it. The size is perfect, no fingerprints so exterior always looks nice and clean. The inside has a lot of space the shelves and drawers ate perfect.

We absolutely love it! Spacious, quiet, and the adjustable trays make food storage so easy! Extended 2nd drawer in freezer adds so much extra space!

Quality, like all Samsung products that I own, is excellent. The 28.8 cu ft, is enough for our family and then some. Looking forward to filling our kitchen with matching appliances.
