I love this fridge. All the drawers in both the cooler and freezer help to keep things organized and it runs quietly. Super big. Would buy this again.

Works great, looks great, very roomy, very exact temp controls. I've only had it for a short time but am extremely happy with this fridge.

Great fridge! Nice and spacious with great layout and flexibility with the shelves and 'storage areas' in the doors. Especially like the CoolSelect pantry though you have to open both doors to pull it out. I was originally concerned about the 'open' nature of the freezer, coming from a side-by-side model with lots of shelves...but, I LOVE it. The freezer is also very spacious and things are surprisingly easy to get to. Only negative I see at this point is that the only access to ice is through the door dispenser...no access to the ice repository...but that's not a big deal.

This is a huge refrigerator. I love the black stainless,it looks very elegant mixed with regular stainless appliances. I would be perfectly happy with it except for the pandemic and the delay in it being replaced. It has a small dent in the bottom door and some scratches on the top of one the doors.It was delivered about a week before everything shut down. They did allow me to keep it until it can be replaced. Otherwise I’d have no refrigerator while this is happening. I’m sure Best Buy will bring me a new one as soon is this is over. I bought all of my appliances there. I do highly recommend Best Buy.

This Samsung unit is a good value. I have been using it for a month and zero issues. The wifi alerts about the door not being closed are helpful and easy to set up. The only thing I dis-like about the unit is the ice maker. I makes really cloudy ice cubes. The manufacture says it is due to the quick production of the ice. The filter makes the water taste good but does nothing for the ice. I wish they had put more thought and better designed the ice machine. I bought it for the ice, had I known I would have not bothered and made my own.

This Refrigerator looks good and is very roomy inside! We are happy with the way it works it is very quiet the ice maker works well all in all we love it.

Pros; Bright inside lighting, very spacious, smart app for status, selves can be rearranged. No complaint so far. Cons; need to pay attention to door closing.

Very pleased with the Samsung refer thus far. Easy to use and organize. Quiet. The lighting is great, and enjoy the easy to open front door.

Big, beautiful & efficient, Just what I wanted. Freezer on the bottom, extra tray in the freezer, bright lights inside

Noisy. Ice maker makes a lot of noise and only a few cubes pop out. With all that commotion you’d think handfuls would come out. Nope. “Pantry” or the Deli drawer access - you need to open BOTH French doors to open the cold-cut tray drawer. Freezer has good capacity though. No egg tray. Limited inside the door storage shelves.

The equipment had easy to use features; is very classy in appearance. Cools efficiently; very very roomy. Still waiting to see effects on the light bill.

Great amount of space on the inside. The cool select pantry is a nice feature. One complaint is the ice maker seems slow.

Nice fridge. I wish i got the one with the 4th door to illuminate opening both french doors to get my eggs and cheese from the bottom drawer inside the fridge. I didn't think i needed it till i started using the fridge and finding it annoying to have to open both doors wide open just to get in that drawer. Otherwise great fridge. Looks good and works as it should

Samsung, known for its quality, comes through again. This refigerator checks all the boxes in size, functionality, and design. Highly recommend!

Good refrigerator. Very handy shelving. We like the extra drawer in the fridge. Freezer compartment is easier to access than our old side by side. Access through the french doors feels a little crampt. Ice maker is slow and dispenser is even slower but it does keep up with our two person household. It is not as quiet as I thought it would be.

The refrigerator didn’t get to our house until 9:00 at night and finished about 9:50 they had problems with water and it was not level Ice maker quits and you have to push the box again at least daily door on left is not easy to close and seems to look like it is about 1/8 inch higher than right side

Overall, great product. Roomy and nice looking fridge. Ice maker is a little slow.

Best Buy is the best store for electronic because they have best quality and service.

Within the first 2 weeks of having this refrigerator the ice maker jammed up and I had to have Samsung come and replace the whole unit. Other than that - I like the refrigerator. The neat way the shelves convert in side (slide in or pop up) to make more room is a big plus. I wish the bottom draw in the top was a split draw as you have to open both doors in order to access this draw. The freezer is roomy. Magnets cling to this unit as well - another pleasant surprise.
