Love the capacity, look, size. We had to remove the cabinets on top of the fridge (not hard with help of a friend) to accommodate fridge height, but well worth it. Best French door fridge ever! And fingerprint resistant is key. So easy to clean. We chose no water dispenser because that’s the first thing to break in a fridge, but we fit TWO water filtration dispensers inside the fridge. The fridge also has a big ice maker bucket in freezer whenever we need ice. The Best Buy delivery team were very professional, prompt and efficient. Amazing fridge and service!!

Love this fridge. It’s roomy and versatile with how to store our groceries. It’s also easy to open and close, especially the lower freezer door. Finally, it is incredibly quiet - I hardly know it’s running.

Really like the size of design of this refrigerator. It works well in ohr kitchen and is very sleek. Lovw the extra space we get from only having an ice maker.

I love my new refrigerator. It’s so spacious. I can see everything inside and don’t have to move things out of the way to get to what I want. I love the drawer inside for my baking items. The freezer is nice and big and has two compartments. The ice maker is so big and has the best ice I’ve had in a long time.

Samsung Brand products it’s all I have, been using these products since I got married ( 20 years) our fridge keeps everything at the right temperature, no issues placing big containers, the space it’s plenty to modify the shelves that comes with it, color matches perfectly with our stove, I’ll definitely recommend it.

My Kitchenaid only lasted 5 years, I was shocked and upset. This is a fantastic purchase! I chose to get a refrigerator without a water dispenser and then spent approximately $40 to purchase a water filter attachment for my kitchen instead. This saved a huge amount of money and less electronics to fail. This one has much more space and a better design overall.

After being repeatedly backordered for 5 months by Lowe's I canceled my order and went to Best Buy online. Found a french door refrigerator about 10 cf larger in stainless steel for a comparable price with FREE delivery and set-up...and I had in in my home within 3 days! The Geek Squad guys were great. They had to take the doors off to get it into my older home. No griping, no drama. Set it up in minutes. For a small fee they also removed the old fridge. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy. Wish I'd shopped here first.

This is the 2nd samsung frig we have purchased. We purchased the same one in stainless 8 yrs ago and it still works great. We put that one in basement when our old beer frig died. This new black stainless was delivered with a small ding in door and scratches on handle. After 2 attempts to get it replaced we settled for a discount from best buy. Had this frig for one month so far quieter than our old samsung and finish still looks great. Lots of room. Best buy customer service great but delivery company not always.

Love this refrigerator- wish I had the same one. This was a purchase for my son and his girlfriend in their new home. Spacious, cools well, easy to clean!

Love my fridge! My old one worked *ok* but because is was kinda old fashioned I kept losing track of what we had and were wasting food. No more! This refrigerator is spacious, easy to maneuver and everything is eye level. I LOVE the deli drawer! The ice maker in the bottom is exactly what I wanted! Fresh ice, not stuck together at all. Overall, 10/10.

Everyone told me not to buy a Samsung appliance. Well, this was the best deal I could find at the time. Got the 5yr extended warranty for peace of mind. The fridge is massive, everything seems to work perfectly. Overall we're quite pleased. The one negative we've found so far, but if you want to move the shelves around they're a pain. They are adjustable but realistically you don't have many options on how they're arranged.

This Samsung refrigerator is perfect. Spacious, great for people who like to cook and always have leftovers. Door shelves have a generous amount of room to meet all your needs. Ice dispenser is great. No waiting for ice to come out of the dispenser or having to fix an ice jam! I love this refrigerator!

We replaced our old fridge and what made my wife choose this one in particular is the space on the side shelfs, which is big enough to fit a gallon of milk in. We also like the pull out shelf, its perfect fit for the kids snacks, sandwich meat etc.
