This fridge is AMAZING. My favorite thing about it is the size. My family of 5 has room for everything. If I could buy it again I definitely would.

I love it!!! Best refrigerator that I ever had, easy to use and my food is in giod contition and stay fresh longer.

We purchased this Model 10/7/22. It stopped working 7/7/23. We had to remove all our food from frig and freezer (luckily I had space in another unit) The light was on and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. It was 60 degrees in frig. We unplugged & plugged it back in. I contacted Samsung this morning so they can open a ticket for warranty. Of course, the frig is miraculously working again. They refused to open a ticket to get the unit checked out. They told me to call back if it happens again!! I’m worried about putting food in this thing. Customer service is terrible. My sister warned me NOT to buy a Samsung, but I bought it because it was cheaper. (I guess it’s true- you get what you pay for! ) I would not recommend buying this unit. It’s been less than 1 year and Samsung doesn’t seem to want to do the right thing.

Beautiful! The angels sing when I open the doors. Super roomy and I love the drawer configuration. As a tall person I appreciate the refrigeration on top and freezer on the bottom.

I love my refrigerator. I went from 18 cubic foot to 28 cubic foot - what an amazing difference in storage. Wide storage on the doors - the full width center drawer - I feel so organized! The large bottom freezer has a lot of room and is so convenient. Looks very sleek and elegant. The temp control - how quiet it is. I had purchased this same refrigerator from a competitor - it was delivered in 2 weeks heavily damaged - the replacement was going to be nearly 3 weeks out - not acceptable to me. Went to Best Buy bought the frig for $100 less and had it almost 2 weeks before the replacement was promised! I'm happy!

This fridge is actually really spacious. Great freezer room at the bottom and the shelves above are actually very organized and give ample options to organize to your needs.

The Samsung 28 cu. ft. 3 Door French Door Refrigerator, is a great appliance that meets our needs and a great value for the price point.

This is my second purchase of this refrigerator it has very large capacity, in freezer more than others brands the same size.

I just love this frig. We had no electricity for about 30 hrs. and all my frozen food was still frozen and my ice that sonic ice size. I would give more stars if i could.

1. I like the fridge very much. It meets my needs. No ice maker. No bells and whistles. Simple and spacious. That's what I wanted. I "played" with fridges at other appliance stores to figure out what I liked and disliked about fridges before choosing this one. It's a major purchase and I wanted to be sure. 2. I initially liked my salesperson because they were not pushy but Surprise! Several times they gave me erroneous information so I learned I could not trust them. This meant I had scramble to get the correct information from elsewhere in the organization. Time wasted and a hassle. 3. Also, I was treated horribly by the first set of delivery people who were rude, sexist, and actually refused to deliver the fridge once they were at my house! In addition, there was complete disorganization and a lack of communication in the Best Buy system for when it would be delivered. Telling the customer to expect delivery between 7AM and 7PM is not customer centered! Plus I was told I had to have boards in my yard so they didn't have to deal with the mud! I was out in my yard laying down old boards to make it easier for the delivery people as they said this was a requirement! When the second set of delivery people came a week later they didn't need the boards and it wasn't a requirement! A total waste of time! When they were actually polite and respectful and not sexist, I was dumbstruck. The delivery experience was a total waste of my time plus having to write multiple emails and make calls to get any action. This is not being customer centered. 4. I had to fight with Best Buy folks at the corporate level to rectify this situation. This whole thing was a constant fight and a huge waste of time. 5. While Best Buy eventually addressed my complaints and I was satisfied, the whole experience was such a hassle it is highly unlikely I will do business with them again nor could I recommend others to make purchases with Best Buy. No one should have to experience this nonsense. The Bottom Line: The fridge is fine and I like it very much. But I feel I cannot trust this company to put the customer first. There is a severe lack of quality control with Best Buy and their delivery personnel and a lack of recognition on the part of management of how important this part of the customer transaction is. When I have to educate management about how sexist behavior on the part of their delivery personnel in the year 2022 is inappropriate and unacceptable, there are clearly larger issues going on.

Great fridge. Make sure you measure a few times. I had to trim my cabinet a bit to get it to fit. It survived holding thanksgivings left overs with ease.

This model is so large and roomy inside that it is hard to fill up, lol. I chose not to have a dispenser on the door because they take up too much room inside the refrigerator. I’m happy with that choice. The ice maker in the freezer is more than adequate. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great refrigerator, large capacity, works perfectly, love the color and looks really pretty in my kitchen. Excellent installation service from Best Buy geek squad, they were so respectful and communicated everything I needed to know while and after the installation was done. Thank you so much!

I love that you are able to see everything in the fridge. Being able to move the shelves independently is so helpful. The narrow drawer is the best. I love this. Are old fridge was only 19cubic and Thai new one is 28cubic . So much of a difference. We should have did me this sooner.

Excelent product and service i recomend really good has alot space

I’ve only had this fridge a couple of weeks but have no complaints so far. Works well and the wide width gives plenty of storage space.

I love it best purchase I ever made. You won’t ever regret it. Big refrigerator I love how big it is and I can fit everything without second guessing if I’m buying too much food.

In love with the fridge I love all the room storage although the freezer is smaller but still love it.
