Falls off the roller track very easy. Location of the water filter is in a very easy spot to replace.

The delivery man was sure that the refrigerator was operating and level and that the doors were fitting perfectly. I was kept updated on the delivery and Best Buy did a great job of delivering on the day I requested. All in all I am very satisfied both with Best Buy and the item I purchased.

I do like the extra storage space we get because there isn't a water dispenser on the door; we typically use Brita pitchers anyway. Looks clean and the doors are easy to open and close. Recommend it!
