The refrigerator is awesome we came up with its nickname calling it beauty and the beast!!! I think the nickname speaks for itself lol

Refrigerator works okay. It looks great and is incredibly spacious but freezer capacity is a little lacking. The ice tray is on the top of the freezer so it takes up quite a bit of space that could be used for something else. The biggest issue lies within warranty and repairs. Warranty repairs for Samsungs are done specifically by those selected by the manufacturer. In my area (100 mi), there is only one company that services Samsung. After owning this for 6 months, the compressor blew out and Best Buy was unable to make the repair. After being instructed to file the claim on Samsung's website, all would normally go well except, that one company has rescheduled me three times now and I am now on Month 2 without a refrigerator. Easy way to burn through the warranty period if they can't service your refrigerator for months and don't do anything to extend it as a result.

Works great. Looks great. I would give 5+ * for value for $$$.

That is no problem with the item problem with the delivery first one they scratch it when they bring it in Second one day bring that was already damaged they still bring it third one came it’s good now

Excellent large capacity refrigerator. Be careful with the black stainless steel as occasionally there may be a scratch and expose regular stainless steel. My two big nitpicks with this unit are that the icemaker will dispense ice when the freezer is open so the ice drops down in the back of the freezer drawer and there will occasionally be some freezing of leafy greens if they are against the back wall on a shelf.

Through no fault of Best Buy the zealous deliverers found a broken shelf in the first unit sent. Fortunately they had checked it before bringing it in. The second unit was fine and is performing very well. I revel in the 25% larger capacity for essentially the same space. My spouse had a meltdown about the two extra inches of depth, but seems to grudgingly enjoy the increased space for home cooked stuff. When this model is on sale it's a swell bargain, especially if you choose to eliminate the often unreliable external water dispenser.

Our 15yo fridge was a side-by-side with smaller capacity. It was starting to lose its cooling capacity, so it was time to upgrade. This Samsung has top fridge and bottom freezer sections which is a better layout, because the fridge section is now the full width allowing for more flexibility in the use of the space. We don't use the ice maker though, and it does take up some space in the freezer section.

Love the space this fridge offers. Got at good price. Only thing is the bottom tray in the refrigerator section goes in crooked sometimes and has to be straightened.

Replaced the 5-6 years old Samsung, decided to give Samsung another try, hope it lasts for around 10 years, so far I'm happy.

This refrigerator is so spacious my wife love it. Samsung makes great refrigerators. Love the ice maker.

the capacity is really big! I can put everything I need into it in order. I can find what I want easily.

The fridge looks amazing inside and out . The delivery was longer than expected as the first fridge arrived banged up in the front and had to be sent back for a replacement . The original order as promised was that it would include installation of the water line but when they got here they just dropped off the kit and suggested we make another appointment for someone else to come install it . Attempted scheduling appt.when they tried charging me for the installation after it was promised to be free of charge during the purchase .

Had for about a week. Larger than expected (than the older one we replaced). So far very nice, very quiet.

This a beautiful refrigerator, looks beautiful. It is very roomy and love the bottom freezer.

Our door to kitchen is fairly small but the gentlemen who brought the fridge into our house, has excellent technique to move the fridge into that tiny space and fridge is still intact! They are professionals!!!
