They are professionals!!!

No water dispenser, but never used it on our previous refrigerator. A lot of space, but the freezer drawer cannot pull out very far. You have to kind of reach in to get anything inside, especially lower level.

Supposedly, I should be able to turn off this option which is located inside my fridge door but it wouldn't work. So my freezer is overflowing with ice that I don't need and ice took over 25 percent of the space. So, I wouldn't buy it again and won't recommend

Well it was a blessing in disguise as I love my new Samsung fridge!

I dont know if it was ten pounds over a week or just a day. It does put out a decent amount of ice though. The fridge door warning (being open to long) is awesome though.
