    Great fridge! I read the good the bad and the ugly on this unit. I did a lot of research before buying but there were more pros than cons. Delivery was great and timely. The only I hear on this fridge is when the ice falls from the ice maker but I can deal with that. Better than the last fridge I had which was making knocking sounds.

    This refrigerator is excellent. It’s spacious, has a great black stainless steel finish, and has several compartments for organizational purposes. It keeps my food fresh, has an excellent temperature system, and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a Samsung refrigerator.

    Love this refrigerator. Plenty of room, easy to change shelves to vary size. Especially like alarm when door is open too long, as it keeps my daughter from forgetting to close either refrigerator or freezer when she grabs a quick snack and doesn't pay attention if it shuts properly.

    The first fridge delivered was damaged, but the installation team noticed it before it was installed. Best Buy called me immediately to reschedule a new one within two business days. So far I've been loving the fridge. Great amount of space, and it looks beautiful!

    I discovered too late that the top of my refrigerator was dented probably during delivery. This is my fault for not doing a thorough inspection after installation. Otherwise the unit itself is a fine refrigerator. Love the capacity. It's bright inside and maintains temperature very well. Only giving 3 stars so Best Buy sees it.
