If I could give this fridge -1,000 stars I would. We bought the fridge open-box from the outlet location and had Geek Squad install it for us. That process was great and the fridge was wonderful for the first 10 months. Come month 10, the fridge stops cooling in both the refrigerator and freezer areas. Geek Squad came out after a week to take a look and said Samsung needed to look since it was less than a year old and under manufacturers warranty. Wait another week, and Samsung comes out to say that the compressor is broken and another “closed systems specialist” needs to come fix it, but rest assured they’ll come with all the parts to do so. Wait another week and that specialist comes and says they can’t fix it, it’s broken and needs to be replaced. Call Samsung. So I do, and they say that they’ve issued the refund to Best Buy and I need to go through them for the replacement. I call Best Buy, and the fridge is no longer in stock so they refer me back to Samsung. I can’t keep track of how many people from Samsung I spoke to. It had to be at least 20 people all telling me something different. I finally learn that since the money was sent to Best Buy, we had to get it returned to Samsung. Wait another day. At this point it’s been over one month with no fridge. I still have no fridge. I bought a mini fridge of Facebook and buy ice every day on my way home. Wasting more of my money. I fight with Samsung on numerous occasions because they keep telling me they’ll refund my purchase price (890$) for a 1500$ fridge I bought open box on a great deal. So no, a refund is not adequate. It’s not my fault this fridge broke in 10 months! Do the right thing and replace it! So finally 6 weeks later I see the fridge is available on Samsungs website and that’s when they agreed to replace it. For what a pain this was, and the nasty customer service I experienced, I will literally NEVER EVER purchase a Samsung product again. Pitiful.

The first fridge delivered was damaged, but the installation team noticed it before it was installed. Best Buy called me immediately to reschedule a new one within two business days. So far I've been loving the fridge. Great amount of space, and it looks beautiful!

Quick and easy. Doesn't take much time to order or pick up. Convenience. However, it took time for order and waiting for pick up informing.

I discovered too late that the top of my refrigerator was dented probably during delivery. This is my fault for not doing a thorough inspection after installation. Otherwise the unit itself is a fine refrigerator. Love the capacity. It's bright inside and maintains temperature very well. Only giving 3 stars so Best Buy sees it.

It is very, nice and spacious. So much room for lots of food room and storage space. What A Large And Spacious French Door Freezer Space!!!

So far, it's a good refrigerator/freezer. I particularly like the layout of the refrigerator. The freezer is basic, and I'm not sure how the drawers are going to work out. With only two drawers, I'm concerned that items are going to get buried and forgotten. Time will tell. On a positive note, the ice maker makes a lot of ice cubes!

Love the set up of this refrigerator. Especially the on the bottom freezer drawer.

We bought it for a reason. It was great and has good energy rating and it was best in its category for a price.

Refrigerator is all that I imagined.delivery was great and carefully done to protect the surroundings I’m not happy about not being able to remove the plastic film that totally encompassed the doors and drawer of freezer area The plastic seems to be embedded where refer was put together I have fuzzy pieces of plastic in almost every crevice- can’t be removed
