Cleaning the glass and moving the shelves is quite difficult. The bottom second pullout is small and opens not wide enough. The frig bottom drawer pulls out a way to easily.

The back of the unit has a "powercool" fan inside that blows cook air over a smaller cooling exchanger , but it will freeze up causing a grinding noise, then failure to cool the upper box. This is a know issus amd tons of videos on Youtibe were made by unhappy buyers like me. It requires a shady DIY fix and even then won't work long. Dont believe me? Just go to YT right now and type in "how to fix Samsung Power Cool refrigerator icing grinding fan problem" and have fun looking. You are now warned.

First issue started with delivery. Delivey lied about fridge being too big to be carried over to my kitchen and left it on my garage. I had to call bestbuy again and again to either either take it back or move it to kitchen. They send another delivery guy to move it to kitchen after 2 weeks. Finally fridge was in Kitchen but it was not working properly: it never made any ice cubes. Fridge stopped working completely including cooler after 2 weeks. All my foods are wasted. I called best buy asking why they were selling defective fridge and ask for replacement. Best buy refused to take it back or replace it and instead pointed me towards samsung for manufacturers warrenty. Warrent for out of box fridge. This is insane. I an still waiting for samsung techician to come and look at my fridge. Its been 2 weeks fridge stopped working.
