I like it alot compared to our old refrigerator. It keeps food cold and the freezer keeps things frozen it has a little warning buzz thats goes off when the doors are open to long. Its not loud or annoying but I can hear it The ice maker has worked properly and works as i hoped whenever its on the cubes are usually3 together. Its easy to stop making ice by the button on the inside of door inside the refrigerator. The light in the refrigerator is so much better then our old refrigerator and it lights up the entire inside.The doors handles the bigger jars and drinks and keeps them cold the crisper drawers are great easy to see in them they pull out nicely and then slide back easily. I did spill something on the top shelf inside and it didn't go all over the place even though it wasn't alot my old refrigerator it would have dripped everywhere The freezer drawer pulls out nicely and slides back easily my only worry is the fact I catch myself putting weight on the slideout when I'm try to get something out, so I hope it doesn't hurt the slides down the line. The only real issue I have is in the freezer, i found a black rod was laying on the inside floor under the slide out drawer and I dont know what that came off of, so I will have to contact best buy and see if they can tell me but I dont notice any difference on how the drawer slides in and out. Since I found it laying on tbe floor of the freezer.

We absolutely love this fridge/ freezer After having the side by side units we love the space this fridge has and the fresh foods last much longer than they did in the old fridge Some people say with the pull out freezer you cannot kept track of what you have. We have a container system and each item is in its assigned container

We searched for a new refrigerator for 6 months not finding anything. We looked at this, loved that it had plenty of space and realized that we didn't need all the bells and whistles of the other refrigerators. This is soo nice and has so much room and it was a great price. The salesman at Best Buy didn't try to upsale us to something we really didn't need either. We are extremely happy with our purchase and love the ample space this refrigerator offers. No need for all the fancy apps and touchscreens on the higher end models. Would much rather invest in a washer and dryer that does have the extra settings and options with the money that we saved on this refrigerator. It serves our everyday needs which is keeping our food cold with plenty of extra room for hosting special events and holidays.

Very satisfied with my online purchase; it was Easy, Efficient & Fast. Great Spacious Refrigerator with solid features. Love having the freezer as a drawer at the bottom. It boasts easy access to the main refrigerator with an equaly easy view. Can readily accomodate latge platters when I entertain. The "Brushed Stainless Finish" is a breeze to maintain and tolerates finger prints. The price was the lowest compared to other stores. The Delivery Crew were Very Polite, Prompt & Efficient.

I should of upgraded sooner. Did the Best Buy install, the crew was great and very quick. Took my old one away as well. This new fridge has plenty of room, a great lower drawer for the freezer with a good working ice maker. System looks good inside and out...and I like the open door alarm. It makes sure the kids don't just sit and stair inside the fridge...now it beeps and they make a decision. Only wish the shelving system was designed a bit different...need a bit more room for tall items without having to make a very short shelf.

Great refrigerator but it can be difficult to remove shelves to clean. Other than that the ice is great, it is spacious and it looks very sleek.

I’m absolutely in love with this refrigerator! It’s beautiful on the outside and super spacious on the inside! Tons of room on the doors and the shelves are big and spaced out well to fit large items like 1/2 gallons of milk. It’s nice and bright inside so I can see everything well and whether something spilled. The freezer holds a lot! Love the top drawer in the freezer for easy grab n go! This refrigerator runs very quietly even when the compressor turns on! I’m very happy with my purchase!

This refrigerator has plenty of room and the interior lighting is awesome. We love the freezer being the lower drawer.

I went from a Samsung 4 door unit with the problematic icemaker that was total junk, to this one. I made the right choice. While there's no water & ice in the door the tradeoff is more room in the refrigerator and an icemaker in the freezer that never fails and always makes plenty of ice. An evening party with 8 ladies drinking strawberry daiquiris, we started with a fully bin of ice and made 10 pictures that evening and never ran out of ice the entire evening, the next morning the bin was full again. Sometimes simpler is better.

Love the room of this fridge. We had to get another one because the first one the left door didn’t close correctly, but the new one does and is working great. We love how much room this has inside and how streamlined everything is. Lots of room in bottom freezer, too.

I love my Samsung 28 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Large Capacity in Stainless Steel. It’s got plenty of room for all my needs. The freezer works fast for flash-freezing, and stays at a solid 0 degrees. It’s quiet and efficient, and is easy to keep clean inside and out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and roomy refrigerator. I was skeptical of the freezer on bottom, but have found it to be very convenient. The room It frees up in the fridge area is well worth it. It’s very sleek and much roomier inside than it looks from the outside.

We LOVE our new refrigerator! We bought it in December & it’s amazing! It’s huge inside! We can fit a lot of food & drinks in it! The light is bright which I love! If I put a warm can of pop in the fridge 10 mins later it’s ice cold! :) very happy we decided to buy it! & we got it on sale! So that’s even better! I recommend! The delivery guys were very nice! Came on time and did what they were supposed to do!!! They didn’t scratch our hardwood floors & they put it exactly where I asked! 10/10!!! :) The only thing that sucks is if you touch it, it does keep fingerprint marks on it but it’s ok!

I purchase this Samsung 28 cubic ft large capacity 3-door french door refrigerator about one month ago. I'd like to replace my old refrigerator with a newer, larger, and looking nicer one. I currently have several Samsung products such as TVs, washer, and drier. I've enjoyed using them for the past many years (My Samsung washer and drier are 20 years old; one TV is 4 years old and another TV is 3 years old). As a result, I decided to buy a Samsung refrigerator. I like this refrigerator so far. It is a big, looking good fingerprint resistant stainless steel refrigerator. It also runs very quiet.

Worth every penny! I had a similar model. (Kenmore) This fridge is working like charm. No noise and everything is cold. Fresh fruits and vegetables stay fresh longer. Milk doesn’t spoil as fast. Well worth the money I spent. Fridge was installed quickly. I barely hear it running. This fridge holds so much food! I love how the ice maker produces ice so fast. I love how all items are chilled perfectly. Nothing like a cold drink that is actually COLD!

It's a big fridge and I love the french door set up. So convenient. It's 36" wide but you need space for the doors. I had read it fits in an exactly 36" space and that is not accurate. Still love it though just moved where it was. has an ice maker in the bottom which is nice. And it dings if the fridge is left open. Good reminder for forgetful folks.

Two weeks and so far so good. Fridge holds temps perfectly, has lots of room, and looks good. It runs so quietly, we thought it was off. With my ear up to it, it is barely audible. The delivery people took a chip out of my pantry cabinet while bringing the fridge in. Best Buy opened a claim, but so far will not return my emails or send compensation. The fridge also came with two dents in the doors. Still waiting for compensation. We put a Refrigerator surge protector on the plug to protect againt power surges, so as not to fry the motherboard. Also, if you remove the back panel, you can easily vacuum the dust off the evaporator coil. You should do this twice a year. As far as lining up the doors, the fridge is supposed to come with snap clips for alignment. Samsung does not have them, nor do any part houses. Samsung sent out a service tech. He had the clips to level the doors . It took two seconds. He even left me a pack of clips in different sizes that were supposed to come with the fridge. I am a Elete Plus member. We buy a lot of higher end products here. I will not buy from Best Buy again if they do not honor their claim and compensate me for the damage the delivery people have caused. Buyer beware. Fridge gets five stars, delivery and claims get none.

I really fo like this fridge. I reviewed for over a month many different brands and style. I chose this one because of the size, freezer set up where you can see all your products. I like the how the door shelves are strong and can hold milk and juices. It is quiet. Again it is QUIET. It gets cold fast and set it’s own freezer and. fridge temps. Has a door ajar alarm and this can be silenced. We set up the water line but did not make ice as yet. It has so much room. I am really amazed and happy.

Very quiet, temp holds perfect. The unit has plenty of room inside. The wheels are difficult to get down, but shouldn’t have to move it much once the painting is done.
