We built a house and ordered a Samsung suite of appliances and love the products, function and styling. Fast forward 4 months from delivery and this refrigerator has already quit on us. Brand new house with proper wiring. No problem, it's under warranty, parts and service, right? So we go to Samsung's site to arrange service, and this is telling us there are no repair services in our area. We are 45 miles from the Best Buy we bought it from, and within 120 miles of two major cities to the west and east of us. So instead of 4 or 5 stars, this product will get 1 to 2 stars, until Best Buy or Samsung resolve this. Meanwhile, we have no refrigerator and we are really disappointed If this gets resolved I will provide an update to this review.

Handle on the freezer door moves when you pull on it. This I know will not last. I am sure this handle will be ripped off quickly.

Makes some noise when kicking on

The delivery persons were great by removing it from the box and placing it where I wanted it and plugging it in. I removed the plastic and and adjusted the temp and shelves. I heard some noise (not very loud), then I realized that when the refer kicks on, it will made some noise for a little while then stops making the noise. For the price and I paid, it is a good refer. Over-all, I happy with it for now.

Samsung Tech got it cooling again but after 3 days interior of fridge was 65F. Tech came back, worked on it, said it was ok, but next morning it was 65F again, and still is. I am not allowed to comment on Samsung's horrible warranty here.
