Love this Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator space is extra large with no ice maker to take up space. Also has a clean sleek front without the dispenser in the door. The freezer space is large and the ice is easy to get. Glad I chose this model.

After searching and waiting for this particular model/color to come back in stock, we jumped at the opportunity to make this purchase. We really love the configuration of the fridge doors and freezer at the bottom. Really blends with our kitchen color scheme.

Great basic refrigerator. Did not get the one with all the bells and whistles as it is more to go wrong. Love the stainless steel look and resistant to fingerprints. Took a little time to make ice which is the only drawback i have for this refrigerator. LED lighting is great to see all the way into the back.

You pay almost $2,000 for a refrigerator, the warranty should last more than 1 year! I remember when refrigerators lasted 20 years or more. My fridge is well maintained. Still looks like new! But recently it started smelling like refrigerant. I logged in to see about a repair and saw that the warranty only lasted 1 year. I could pay them to repair it, but I never will! I will never buy anything from Best Buy again! What good is an appliance if you need to buy a new one every year? You spend that much on what was a "top of the line" appliance you expect it will last for years to come. Apparently not if you buy it from Best Buy!

The delivery folks showed up on time, they were pleasant, knew exactly what they were doing and installed the unit precisely as I wanted it installed. Then they cleaned up and took all the trash with them. I could not have been better or easier.

the best buy representative helped find the exact appliances we wanted in the best value including meeting with me twice and adjusting the order to get the holiday sales discount that was in effect at the time. Delivery and installation are future activities and I expect equal service for those activities

Works great but I don’t like that the bottom freezer drawer doesn’t come out all the way it’s hard to get things in and out. Also the ice seems to get full and go behind the freezer and into the floor when the door is opened or shut.

Nice and roomy. Hard to adjust the shelf height for larger items.

Perfect size refrigerator and freezer space my kids love it. Is so much room in the doors for milk, creamers, ketchup, mayonnaise and much more. There's enough space for all my groceries and more.

IF THE REPAIR COMPANY OF CHOICE DOES NOT REPAIR SAMSUNG WILL DO NOTHING UNTIL YOUR WARRANTY IS UP AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH BROKEN APPLIANCE. PURCHASE A WARRANTY WITH BESTBUY IF YOU MUST BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR! Fridge freezer fan broke a month shy of manufacturers warranty end date. Samsung has spent a month going in circles with me telling me to wait for the repair service to repair. It's been a month. The company is unreachable. I live in the Burton Mi area. Samsung claims to only have 2 options of repair service companies to choose from for repair. On google the place they chose is called American Standard Appliance from the Livonia, mi area. They also have bad reviews and seem to be out of someones house. The other reviews claim on the google "business" page these same kind of issues im stating here that they do not finish their work. To me it seems like they accept warrany claims and take samsungs money and commit fraud. The refrigerator itself is black stainless steel color and scratches very easily to show the silver stainless steel underneath, pretty but not a good choice. Make sure you level your fridge properly when delivered! All kinds of issues can occur if not. Im guessing this is what happened to my fan. The delivery people were very nice taking my doors off and working in very cold weather to fit my fridge into my house, but they left a small part off from one of the doors. My doors were also not level and i had to take the door off and put the part back...really no problem.
