If you want big, this refrigerator is the one. Everything is great so far (3 weeks), looks good, great LED light inside, easy to use controls and it is very quiet. the only negative is the split shelves are not really meant to be separated so you loose options on trying to adjust only one side of the shelf. you can separate and adjust each side separately; however, without the two sides attached the shelf is very flimsy. It may require you to use the doors to store milk. (we prefer to store that item in the back of the fridge. Our sales rep. Karina at the Princeton Store was absolutely amazing.

I love how deep the fridge is and how there is no space taken for the ice maker. I’ve had many different refrigerators but this one has me and my family very happy. It holds more than enough food in the fridge and freezer and keeps everything fresh and cold.

One of my best friend and co-worker who is going to miss work for a procedure to remove cancer. Her refrigerator died. I chose to step in and step up and fronting her and her husband a refrigerator. They will pay me back when they can. Best Buy made it easy to purchase this refrigerator which had dropped in price. Best Buy also made it easy to set up a pick up by my friends so they could replace their refrigerator even faster. Some people have to face difficult battles at difficult times. Best Buy made it easy for my friends to have a refrigerator without significant interruption. They love the refrigerator. Best Buy made it possible for my friends to ease through a speed bump prior to what will be the true battle. This kind of service makes the difference for thousands of lives and is the reason so many of us shop at Best Buy. Thank You. Did I mention they absolutely love the Refrigerator?

Great fridge, spacious, only issue was it arrived dinged in the front. Freezer holds a lot and like the ice maker. So much space in the fridge!

I absolutely love this fridge! I wasn’t sure how I would feel about a freezer on the bottom since I’m used to a side-by-side, but I actually think it helps to stay organized and use the space more efficiently. It still hold quite a lot too. I have had this for about a month now and it has been perfect honestly.

Fantastic refrigerator! Let me tell you. We needed an upgrade and this had all the features we needed and some. Very spacious, good quality. The ice maker is great also! Would definitely reccomend. Would give more stars if allowed. Dont hesitate, go buy it!

Great fridge. After a year and a half of ownership, it started developing a hum and I found out that there was ice forming at the back of the fridge compartment. Lowered the temperature of the fridge to 40 degrees and the hum went away after a few days. Food was still sufficiently cold. Also want to say that the fridge is very attractive and spacious

I love my new refrigerator! I was tired of "losing" things in my previous one and this one has much more space and better lighting. The produce bins are nice and large. The full width bottom drawer is perfect for smaller items. The door bins are adjustable, ideal for tall items. It is extremely quiet, also a plus. I'm glad I went with a french door design. I put "quick grab" items on the side with the smaller door, hopefully to reduce energy use. The door alarm is a great feature. I love the sleek look of it, and I'm glad I went without the water/ice dispenser on the exterior. I do miss the butter door I had on my previous refrigerator, but that is a minor issue. I was very frustrated with Best Buy's delivery. The first refrigerator arrived with a dent in one of the doors so I refused it. It took too long to get another one delivered. However, the delivery team for the second refrigerator was excellent and they were very careful, which I appreciate.

It is great, easy to use, and efficient. Priced much lower than other standard fridges, yet has a design that makes sense. I really like having the bottom pull out freezer with shelf pull rows. It makes accessing the space easier.

Lots of space and very quite. The ice maker works in the background quietly and there is an option to turn it off.

Had a fridge with the water and ice dispenser on one door and it took up a lot of space inside. Love this model with clean doors and ice maker in the lower freezer. So much more useable space inside. I don’t miss the water dispenser at all. Very quiet operation as well and easy to wipe outside. Doesn’t really show fingerprints either.

I'm so glad to be modernized with this style refrigerator. It fit perfectly through my backyard door and the crew that delivered had it placed and hooked up in no time. It's perfect, has ample space, and it's real nice that all my ice cubes have been filtered. I love the electronic control for temperature. Like I said, I'm happy that my fridge has been modernized.

I got this from Best Buy after I had one delivered from Home Depot that was damaged. They were unable to get me another in a timely manner. I wanted a white refrigerator with bells and whistles. During my quest for another one, I read reviews that indicated issues with French door refrigerators with ice makers with indoor dispensers. Apparently, it is difficult to keep the ice frozen without freezing the inside of the refrigerator area, or keep the ice frozen (not melting) inside the the refrigerator compartment. I decided, after reading hundreds of reviews to get one without ice in the door, as I wanted the French door feature. I am very happy with the refrigerator; however, I would have liked to have a white one. My entire kitchen is white. What a time for my appliance to fail! I could not wait months for a white one. Good thing I did not have my usual parties due to covid 19. This was at least one silver lining. The refrigerator is performing well, makes lots of ice, and is very quiet.

The massive size of the refrigerator is adequate for the large family, and it has everything one needs in a refrigerator. Be careful and keep it closed more than it is opened to retain coldness (it's huge). The ice maker is fully functional and powerful. This is one good buy.

I love my new refrigerator. It is spacious, modern, and keeps my food fresh with the various compartments. It alarms when the doors are not fully closed or are openef too long. The bottom freezer makes it easy to access my freezer items. My family loves it and I particularly love the 10 year warranty on the compressor. I am willing to stand with a product when the company stands behind it!

Great space for a family of 7. I enjoy the thin drawer for additional space. Double drawer for the freezer. We use the ice maker all the time, the filter lasts pretty long.

Have had it for 8 years now and it’s been good although I did have to have it repaired which cost me about $500 out of warranty.

Our refrigerator prior to this one haf stopped working only had it for 2 years went to bestbuy looked at refrigerators a few of them were on back order and then we saw this one tge Samsung it's quite and keeps everything cold and the ice maker is perfect we love it

We like this refrigerator a lot, but I wish that the shelves were more customizable and that the temperature on the thin, pullout drawer could be changed like some of the other Samsung refrigerators. We purchased a different Samsung refrigerator before this one and the shelves on either side could be at different levels, but on this fridge they have to be at the same level on both sides. The previous refrigerator also had a thin pullout drawer that had an adjustable temperature option. The reason that we didn’t keep our previous Samsung refrigerator is, it did not make ice and we tried everything to get it to work. This refrigerator made ice sooner than the manual stated. Just a suggestion if you’re shopping around and you buy this refrigerator, do NOT change the temperature for the first 24-48 hours as the manual states. Also, I would NOT drop the temperature much below what the manual states as the “recommended temperature,” because the waterline going into the ice maker can freeze causing the ice maker to not work.
