One of the features I love is If you leave that door open , that buzzer will go OFF . Older consumer like myself def needs this . Samsung really has stepped its game up .

Having some difficulty with adjustable shelves that end up leaving small spaces between them in order to adjust another for milk and taller bottles. Have taken one out. Big vegetable and meat drawers are good.

The first was sold with my house. I love the product, hope I always do. I would have liked to find one with NO ice maker. The only thing that bothers me is the wasted space in the freezer for that.

Left door mechanism is kind of a strange design, but as long as you stay aware of it. We shopped so many places and the displays and knowledge of the help (also the price) is what sold us, even waiting a week!

There was water on the floor. When setting the frig in the tubing was cracked. He bought a replacement piece and all is fine now. Thank you!

Would be nice if delivery people would wear shoe covers went entering, especially with the snow and wet ground, to enter and walk all over carpet was definitely rude. One of the delivery guys did end up dinging the front of the fridge a bit when he bought the appliance inside and it hit my kitchen table.

Getting used to it from our old fridge. Still figuring out how to store items in the freezer for being able to see/identify items and get them easily.

When I plugged in, for a minute (Or 20 :) I thought it was broken, there was no noise whatsoever. Kudos to the BB guys who delivery and went the extra mile!!!

Although it was an ordeal getting a delivery date, the Geek Squad was very professional & did everything we asked of them! I would recommend that if you order something, just be patient. It was worth the wait!

Delivery and install went exceptionally well , since we already had the water line setup and in place. The water line sent with frig was returned and we have not received a credit for the return as of March 12th Love the frig.

Believe me, that was a tight fit, but Jose and his partner handled it perfectly! One of the bank of lights quit working and they right away set up a time to come out and get it up and running quickly.
