refrigerator was fine didn't like ice maker in the freezer took up more room than I wanted need freezer space returned and got one with ice in door and maker in upper refrigerator much happier now

I like the refrigerator so I would recommend it as a product. But this one's on me. I should have inspected it better after the delivery because there is a dent on the side top that is noticeable which I didn't catch. Hard to call and put blame after the fact.

Product is good but should buy from some place else. Best Buy after sales service is useless and not worth the hassle. I was introduced with non English speaking full of attitude overweight Hispanic folks for installing this. Was a nightmare so stay away from bestbuy

Excellent open-box purchase. Extremely satisfied with the refrigerator and will finalize additional appliance items to complete a Samsung kitchen package. New quality with warehouse price. Highly recommend!

I loved it for the first 36 hours it was working. However, the refrigerator was defective. It kept tripping my circuit breaker every 3 hours. My home is completely new so it’s not the breaker or outlet. I even performed the troubleshoot recommendations per Samsung website. Luckily, I bought geek squad protection plan. It’s being replaced. Hopefully the new one works perfectly.

Not super high-end, but it does what it is supposed to do. the controls are easy to use and adjust, but the factory settings were spot on out of the box.

Me and my family really like this refrigerator! Our last fridge had the freezer on top this one has it on the bottom! What a difference no more getting on your hands and knees to see what is on the bottom shelf!

This is a great refrigerator at a great price! We especially like the extra large compartments in the doors. But, we were told the right door has to always be the first to open and last to close.

We love the fridge, but the only complaint is how the doors close. They kinda snap into place and it can be annoying because sometimes it sounds like you are slamming the door shut.

I love the refrigerator, the ice maker is in the perfect spot. It does not occupy space meant for food. I like the alarm which reminds you if you have left the refrigerator door open. And color is the perfect blind.

This is a very nice looking fridge. It is quiet. I like the door alarm to remind us a door is left open. Ice naker is slow to make ice but the bin holds a lot so it is an ok trade off.

Great quality at a great price. The geek squad did the delivery and set up. The we’re on time and it was easy to schedule online. Took away and recycled the old refrigerator. Love my new fridge!

Great fridge, had to return because it’s tripping my garage GFCI. Not sure who’s fault I’ll update my rating after electrician visits

Like the fridge. But just over 2 weeks and the left door is barely shutting and makes loud noises when ever it moves.

Lots of space, keeps everything cold, almost too cold. Great product for little kids with doors that swing open easily and desert in the freezer that they can reach. Great product!

The appliance was exactly what we wanted and the installation and the installers surpassed everything we needed and wanted. we will always shop at Best Buy for all our needs.

I love the space for the refrigerator and freezer area!! I can shop for so much more at a time and save in my purchase and placing myself at risk!! This is my dream refrigerator!! Love IT!!
