Reason for the 4 star and not 5 is when the ice bucket gets full is drops out of the back onto the floor. Samsung should be able to figure this problem out.

Only complaint would be the glass cover for the vegetable bins is a little difficult to remove to clean and the design of the bin front.

My only complaint is ice may drop when the freezer/Ice compartment are open. That ice falls to the floor under the fridge.
