BestBuy told me to contact Samsung, and I did. The only thing they do is give advice instead of fixing the problem. It does still freeze my stuff.

If your door handles are so loose they've fallen off, you may think they're broken, but usually simple installation will get them on properly and keep them from getting loose again.
