Stopped working at 2 months

All food in the refrigerator and freezer is now garbage. I purchased a Samsung range on Nov. 18, ten days later it stopped working. Do not waste your money on a samsung appliance! Pure garbage.

Ice maker issues from day one

Now waiting on a new one to come in. I hope the I’ve maker works better. I love Sam sung product but their ice makers are crap!

We strongly suggest not plugging several appliances and the refrigerator into the same multiple power strip. The fridge should always be plugged into its own electrical outlet, which has a voltage rating that matches the voltage on the refrigerator's rating plate. This provides the best performance and also prevents overloading of house wiring circuits, which could overheat the wires and cause a fire hazard.

Go freezer drawer-less

There is more room in the fridge. I'm ok with it as it was on sale, so worth what I paid.

TERRIBLE

We haven't had it 2 years and it has gone out multiple times. Top won't cool, bottom won't freeze and ice maker doesn't even think about making ice. Oh and lets not forget the warranty that I purchased with it because they just keep saying reset the fridge after we've lost our food 3x already and they keep giving us the run around so they won't come out and fix it or replace it. Then when we finally get an appointment for them to come out THEY NEVER SHOW UP! Today the Geek squad is supposed to come, AGAIN, between 8am and 5pm its already 2pm so lets see how this goes today. Samsung is terrible and customer service is even worse

Looks nice, function not great

Hated bottom drawer style freezer and the ice maker did not work. (Have learned this is an ongoing issue). Ultimately returned and went back to a side by side model.

Not worth the money

I don't like the ice maker ice constantly falls into other parts of the refrigerator. I no longer have the option of crushed ice or whole ice. In my opinion, it is not worth the money it is not fingerprint resistant.

Okay refrigerator
