A refrigerator is never completely quiet, even when it's new. In fact, new fridges may be louder as they settle into place. Still, noises from your ice maker or the compressor should never get so loud that it's interrupting a conversation.

    Delivered Damaged Fridge

    I got the refrigerator delivered on 13 April. Since last few days we started noticing ice buildup in the freezer, so we contact Samsung Warranty support. Samsung tech visited our home and they told us the fridge has physical damage and cannot be repaired and Best Buy should give us replacement. Now when I contacted Best Buy they said they cannot process the return as item is outside of return window and Samsung should give me a return code. Samsung is saying physical damage is not covered in the by them and Best buy should process the replacement with new refrigerator. I am stuck between both parties not able to enjoy new refrigerator correctly.

    Disappointed the refrigerator has not kept cool past a few hours since I plugged it in! And the freezer has not worked yet! I called the store and they said to refer to the warranty I purchased! What I should of done was send it back to the store but I didn’t think of it until it was past the 15 day warranty!!! Had almost a month and still haven’t been able to use it!

    Deliver guys were nice but wrong fridge was delivered. Washer and dryer are nice and easy to use. Guys at the store were nice abd helpful

    NOT COMPATIBLE with ELECTRICAL CODE!!!

    Very nice refrigerator, but does not comply with modern electrical codes. If you have GFCI or dual function ARC/GFCI breakers, as required by US electrical code, this refrigerator will trip the breaker anywhere from every few days to multiple times per day. Samsung is NOT owning this problem -- it is an engineering problem that they should resolve. Very disappointed.

    Terrible - I've taken off work 4 times and delivery never showed up - installation crew comes at 8am 4 times with no refrigerator. I have went to the store over a dozen times no resolution- I've called a dozen times being on hold for several hours total - spoke to supervisors and advocacy team - no delete- they make appointments for delivery but still no one shows up with refrigerator- I get texts saying I have an appointment- I take off work and wait all day - and no shows up - very rude

    I buy this refrigerator on November is beautiful I lot space 3 doors freezer have a lot space and is easy to clean and so quiet but las week stop cooling now I called customer services and I have appointment for technition I heard about this refrigerator have a defroze mode

    horrible fridge

    the worst fridge ever, a few months old and freezer door handle broke came out and fixed broke again, everything in the back of the fridge freezes. The freezer freezes everything like a rock even ice cream they turned it up and it still does it. will never buy another Samsung again.

    The lights came on when it was installed but it never cooled. Samsung sent out a technician that diagnosed a "closed seal system" issue and either refused or wasn't qualified to fix it, we never did get a clear answer. Currently still getting the run around from Samsung for a product that was delivered defective.

    quick easy efficient, and painless

    Very large and convenient to use. Extremely quiet and the delivery crew was quick and efficient. I opted out of the installation, and it took me about one hour to do it myself including installation of the handles. I do not use the ice maker due to the very poor quality of my local water,so I did not need to connect the water lines.

    I do not recommend this refrigerator. For me, it kept tripping the circuit breaker, even though the house was newly constructed 3 years ago. Getting Best Buy to do a repair or exchange is a real pain. It took numerous phone calls and a lot of time. Dealing with Best Buy has been very frustrating.

    Terrible experience. After one month of purchasing BRAND NEW the compressor went out. Our cooling and freezing stopped working. Guy repaired it a few days ago.. it went out AGAIN today. Will never purchase a Samsung product again.
