    Terrible product 13 months in and it does not work! Company will do nothing for us ... great way to stand behind your product. NEVER buy a Samsung or and appliance from Best Buy again!!

    Product was good. The actual install never took place. We had to cancel our whole entire order because of your geek squad delivery service

    The unit emits a high-pitched squealing sound constantly - as if our ears are ringing. Not ideal in an open floor-plan. Other than that, it functions as a refrigerator should.

    Install crew left all the tape inside the Refrigerator and now it doesn't want to come off. If you pay to have it setup and install they should do the complete job.

    I have no complaints at all! What an upgrade! Had my standard size refrigerator for over 16 years. With a household of 3, we are really enjoying the space and convenience of the ice maker! I love it!

    I was sold a lemon. This refrigerator is only been in my house for a month and the frige is collecting moisture and the freezer is collecting frost and ice. not a good buy.

    Does not fit! A terrible headache. Bought to match microwave. Called wood man to help with problem. Had Best Buy come out and measure. Not sure of cost yet. So upset

    Overall, this is a great refrigerator, but I have a few small complaints. First is that despite the overall size/capacity, both the freezer and refrigerator compartments feel like their space isn't as usable as it could be. The upper drawer in the freezer drawer allows you to have some items up closer so you don't have to bend down as far to get them, but it also takes away from the vertical space inside the freezer somewhat noticeably. As for the refrigerator, the heights of the shelves vs. the overall height of the compartment make it difficult to put milk cartons anywhere except the in-door compartments, and there are other bottles and similar containers that are about that same height, so many people may find they have to remove a tier of shelves at least on one side of the refrigerator to be able to fit those containers in, which brings into question why there are so many levels of shelves in the design and why their heights aren't spaced farther apart. Finally, the design of the glass shelf at the bottom of the refrigerator, just above the crisper bins, makes it nearly impossible to remove for cleaning its underside when unwanted fluids spill onto it and into the space beneath the glass and between it and the metal frame. We easily found a YouTube video showing how to do it properly, but why it is designed for the past several years in such a way that the untrained will almost certainly break off the retaining tabs is beyond comprehension. Protip: it's safer to not put anything on that shelf that could leak fluid.
