Very happy with the double doors ,able to get large item in with no problem along with lower freezer drawer. The wide shelves on the inner door are able to hold a gallon of milk with no problem. Very spacious and outside is easy to keep clean.

A very basic large refrigerator. Functional design makes for perfect usage. Plenty of space on top as well as the freezer. Great value. Hope it lasts 15 years like the one before it.

My husband and I love this new frig! We have been wanting a new refrigerator for a couple of years but couldn't agree on one until we came upon this one. Since we are redoing our kitchen in black stainless, this was an excellent choice. I love the space and storage in this frig. Having the freezer on the bottom is great. It is much easier to keep it organized since it is lower. Highly recommend!

I like it a lot! The only criticism I have would be the freezer door handle has some give when you open it. The first time I opened it, I thought it was loose, but it’s just the way it is. I ordered online, so I didn’t have a chance to experience that until it was all delivered and installed. Nice fridge and freezer for the price!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I had mine less than 2 years and the condensor went out. Lost all function of cold to the fridge and freezer. NO ONE AT ALL was able or willing to fix it stating "Samsung needs welding done plus samsung specific tools. No repair company works on them." I could not get help from Best Buy OR from Samsung. My fridge went out the middle of November....it is now almost February and I STILL do not have a working fridge with a household of 6 kids. Best Buy told me they would have management contact me within 48 hours to replace the fridge per 5-Year Protection Policy. That was 3 days ago when I called for over the 20th time. They never called back. I have an expensive Samsung fridge....decoratinv my kitchen that does not work leaving myself, husband and 6 kids without a fridge and Best Buy plus Samsung has proven neither care.

I love this fridge! I went to four other places before going to Best Buy. If I knew they sold appliances, I would've checked here first! It was a smooth process from purchase to delivery. I have only had the refrigerator for a short time, but so far I am 100% satisfied! I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator and Best Buy to my friends.

This is a huge fridge, I was super excited about how much space it has. I love the bottom drawers that pull out for the freezer. In my time of owning this fridge, I wish I would have researched this fridge better before I bought it. It will not hold anything upright that is no taller than a small ketchup bottle, I mean I could take out a shelf, but thats why I bought a bigger fridge. Milk has to be put on the doors. A leaky jar of Costco size pickle juice in the fridge and my life was a mess for about 3 hours. There are no directions on how to take out the shelf that the pull out drawers attach to. I YouTubed how to push the clips in, and what do you know they broke, they did not come out as it said. Mind you I have picked juice now all over my floor, in the drawers, and now on my feet and I am having to get the drill gun out to take out the screws but it gets worse. You have to take every thing out of your fridge, unscrew every screw, that is if you can even get the clips to bend enough with out breaking them. Watch out for the wires because they are connected so you cant take it completly apart, oh ya and there is not pickel juice all over them as well. Still could not get the back cover to come off, so I used my shop vac, and paper towels. Thank go it was pickel juice and not blood. My rating is a 1, becasue you cant clean it folks. Buy a fridge you can clean like the old ones.

My daughter and I needed new fridges and this was the store and the fridge for us. My only complaint is it scratches easily. 7 years later it’s our only issue.

Love it! works beautifully, it's quiet and I love the ice maker, no worrying about the in-the-door ice/water leaking.

It is a very good fridge the only complaint i have is i can put the temp down lower than 34 and i would like it 2 be lower than that
