We chose the black stainless steel, fingerprint resistant option. After two months, all the appliances are COVERED in scratches. It shows fingerprints horribly, being one of the main reasons I wanted new appliances, I can't keep up with removing them. I use the correct product for stainless steel on them. The dishwasher is extremely flimsy and cheaply made. We chose the refrigerator unit with the icemaker that is inside the freezer and not on the door. Many times when you open the freezer, the ice shoots out everywhere, getting all over the ground and inside the freezer. We are extremely upset and dissatisfied with our purchase, especially for the money we paid.

Do Not Buy, the break down fast

They will warn you to avoid them at all costs. It will be 3 years since I bought one of these in July 2024. It just broke down and everything in the fridge is getting warm for the second time in less than three years. The maintenance man said stay away from LG and Samsung Refrigerators he gets has more problems with them than any other brands..

I have never had an ice maker in the freezer that takes so long to fill with ice. The container is nice and deep but what’s the point it would take two weeks to fill it!

I found a replacement, (certified Samsung parts) on Amazon for $68 each. So far, I have owned this Samsung refrigerator for 4 years and have replaced at least 7 shelves. They are so cheaply made. The last one I bought only lasted 6 days before it broke. I would never by a Samsung fridge again. It this point I've spent so much on the shelves, I could have bought a more expensive fridge and saved all the trouble. Not only that, but the front dents very easily.

Best Buy was awesome, but this fridge has been nothing but trouble. First, the French door clip broke. This is a small plastic piece. We decided to live with it because it would have been around $300 for parts to replace the door divider. Then the icemaker stopped making ice and turned into a hunk of ice. Took it apart, serviced it, same problem a few weeks later. We decided to live with it, again several hundred dollars to replace. Next the inside door trays started cracking. Epoxied and added a piece of stainless steel to make them usable. The water filters started leaking. It required using several different model filters to find one that leaks slowly. Again service would be several hundred dollars. Then the freezer door handle broke offer. This was a quick and easy fix. Then the freezer handle cover/hinge broke. Due to the foam door design, to fix the freezer handle the freezer door must be replaced. This would cost several hundred dollars to repair. We will never buy another Samsung appliance ever again.
