First time We were scheduled for delivery from 7am to 7pm but nobody showed up

Piece of garbage fridge failed after just two years Suddenly stopped working at all. Repair cost is more than half the price of the fridge. The door broke within a year too.

I purchased all Samsung appliances for my home (refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave, washer, and dryer). Pretty much all have have issues. The quality of the products is just not acceptable! Now having issues with the ice maker in the freezer and now out of warranty. Highly disappointed and will not be purchasing Samsung products again.

The ice maker is a disaster. It spews out ice particles all over. I have spent over an hour with customer service which was useless. Apparently this is an issue according to all reviews everywhere. Do your homework

Beware of purchasing a Samsung refrigerator. Mine only lasted 2 1/2 years. Most service technicians will not work on a Samsung because of the poor quality of tech support. Samsung only has 1 technician covering 5 counties in NJ! They make you wait 3-4 weeks for a diagnosis, then longer for parts and repair! My 2 1/2 year old refrigerator was estimated to cost $1,300 in repairs. It didn't make sense to do this so I purchased a different brand refrigerator. Samsung customer service was not helpful in resolving the issues with their product.

We bought this refrigerator 2021. After 3 years, it needs a new compressor and fan system. I read many bad reviews and one with exact issues that I am having. I called Samsung and was told that I had to use a Samsung authorized repair co. or the warranty for the compressor will not be honored. I ended up with a $160 for diagnostic and $435 for repairs. I would not recommend this product.

This is a beautiful refrigerator and I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, it is a defective product that Samsung refuses to fix. The ice maker is the biggest problem. It tends to freeze and/or lock up. That means that it doesn't work most of the time. It also causes the rest of the refrigerator to freeze and leak. I have had it repaired more than once and it still doesn't work. There is actually a class action lawsuit regarding the unit (https://www.attorneystakingaction.com/samsung-fridge-ice-maker.html). Avoid this fridge and the headaches that come with it.

Be very careful buying a Samsung refrigerator. There are pages and pages and pages of documented problems on the internet of what appears to be an engineering problem with icing behind the back panel and the fan blades. Samsung acts like they've never heard of this when you call their support line, but the problem is well documented on past models. It will work fine until your extended warranty is up. Maybe they've fixed it. It is a shame, because the shelving and drawers are of good quality on my unit. When Samsung responds to negative reviews, they post a link, but it is not helpful.

Purchased from Best Buy 8/12/2020, fridge dead on 3/17/2023. As of 4/05/23, Best Buy and my worthless Totaltech Membership have still not been able to replace the Condenser Fan Motor. The "repairman" they sent out gave us the total run around. Now two days of lost work for me, and soonest repair available is 4/15/23? And that is IF the part shows-up this time. Waste of time and money.

l have purchased one of this about a few months ago... from Best Buy... it is making noise like tractor.... l thought it will stopped...aftera while..... nope did not...very disappointed.... l can’t return it is more costly..... l am not recommending this item......

Interior is well lit, easy to see every shelf. The exterior is easy to keep clean. I'm happy with my choice.

If you want to waste your money just buy it. I had a Samsung refrigerator French door model that had problems with the ice maker since day one. After 3 years, the freezer stop working, Completely trash, I'm not the only, thousands of customers complaint in the social media. Find out yourself.

Fridge died 2 years later, paid Best But $125 just to find out compressor is gone, no service from Sumsung so far, giving us the run around!! Junk product!!

If I could give a worse review I would. Within 2-3 years of purchasing the heat tape failed. Causing water in vegetable/fruit bin, ice build up below bins, and drainage in the back behind/under freezer door to build up to large ice packs. We had someone come in and "fix it" 6 months later same result. We had the same period of not having to drain and chip ice when we lost power for four days. Failure to remove ice build up causes the freezer drawer to but just ajar to cause everything to defrost in the drawer, but not enough to cause the alarm to go off. We will never be purchasing another Samsung appliance again. It's nine years later and we are still putting up with it - and to the point of just replacing the stupid thing. Waited this long, because it's the principle of thing to replace a major appliance after three years is just wrong.
