    I was happy with this product until it stopped working within 6 mo's of purchase. Although under warranty Samsung is full of excuses as to why it takes them so long to respond but little action. Suggest you purchase another brand.

    Cooling system breaks. Ice Maker problems

    This refrigerators have issues with the cooling system. The ice makers are no good, they will start freezing up and within 5 years you'll be paying thousands in non-stop repairs. Not a good product and Samsung is not standing behind their product.

    If you buy this fridge you will have to fix it as soon as the warranty ends. The repair man said he works on Samsung fridges most of the time.

    Horrible design features!

    Horrible design flaws make this a horrible refrigerator! The bottom shelf requies online videos to learn how to remove it for cleaning, as well as two screwdrivers and an assistant. The meat and cheese tray fights to be pushed in every use, the water filter requires near superhuman strength to replace and the left door seal constantly opens before it should, preventing the door from closing. Stay away from Samsung until they hire competent design engineers!

    Horrible!

    Worst Investment ever! I purchase five of these for a rental property. So Far I have had to repair two of them twice. The defrosters go out and they freeze up. If you leave the ice makers on its even worse.

    Don’t waste your money

    I love Best Buy and this is not a negative review towards their service but this is probably the worst purchase we had made. This fridge repeatedly freezes and then leaks to the point it has ruined our floors. I will never buy another Samsung fridge. There is currently a class action lawsuit against them because this is a common issue. I wish we had done more research.

    Had to poke a Samsung appliance review in somewhere. Samsung uses Tekniton exclusively for service of their products. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look at their reviews before purchasing a Samsung appliance.
