    An unattached screw laying inside the new Samsung fridge. Ice machine water line froze in 2 weeks. Seems the temperature regulation was faulty somehow. There was some partially frozen food in the refrigerator. In the freezer for example you almost needed a hammer and chisel to get a chunk of ice cream. Best Buy is great, and swapped it for an LG which works great. P.S. I haven’t had the greatest luck with my Samsung washer and dryer either that I bought around 2019, but I at least I have been able to use them in spite of their occasional problems.

    How to get the ice maker to work

    So far so good. There were 2 minor burps after installation. The icemaker wouldn't start so, after calling Samsung for help, we managed to re-boot the ice maker and it started. It is a bit slow to make ice. Burp 2, the protective plastic wrapping inside and outside of the refrigerator was a challenge to remove, especially after the shelves got cold.

    Yesterday my $1500 refrigerator was delivered & installed. This morning I discovered that it leaking. It will take nearly a week for this issue to be addressed. NOT PLEASED.

    The fridge itself is fine. However, i added professional installation and haul away. When the arrive with the fridge before even stepping through the door they said they won't have time to install it. So i canceled the installation and installed it myself and keep the haul a way. I put the old refrigerator outside. They texted me saying they will be there at 0950. When they were scheduled to come they were a no show. When i checked on the order it says completed. When i called i was told all they can do is rescheduled for 3 days later. I expected better from best buy

    Not what I expected, not enough storage for fresh veggies etc. Also charged me more for the Refrigerator for what I was promised very upset!!!

    The door when opens need more than the 36’’ space that the refrigerator and it’s intended opening in your kitchen was designed for. This’s because of the way the hinges are positioned on this refrigerator. I had to send it back.

    Bought one in August of 2021. It no longer will freeze. Two repair techs have advised to buy a new refrigerator due to poor quality, One asked asked right off the bat if this Samsung was 3-4 years old due to the high number of Samsungs he has to work on in recent years, I have also been warned to ascertain the actual manufacturer of a new unit because Samsung makes a number of rebranded reefers.

    I would give it 0 stars if i could. Been having nothing but problems with this product. High payment for supposedly good fridge. Its false advertised. Sadly it started acting up after the 12 months they offer of assistance. Kinda suspicious.

    Bought this for my parents for Christmas! They still love the side to side refrigerator even though, cant seem to get them to change their mind, but after seeing it. I know why! They love it!

    Experience with Best Buy was excellent. I ordered without being able to "touch" inventory, it was shipped to store after order. Everything is fine with the important exception that the shelves are not adjustable. That aside, an excellent experience.

    Do not buy shelves in freezer are to small and fall out called best buy and Samsung. Samsung said it was a cosmetic issue and they will not warranty it

    It has been over 3 weeks since I started using the refrigerator, but the food in the freezer keeps thawing and refreezing, and frost keeps forming inside the freezer.
