Samsung 4K Monitor

Monitor not bad but poor buying experience

The buying experience was very bad. Best buy promised to deliver next day but upon chatting they said no one available to deliver. I asked to switch to self pickup, but they said pickup not available. So I asked for a cancel, refund and they said that I could not cancel. The product was scheduled for delivery 15 days after purchase and they said if I still did not get the product then I could call back for refund. So I filed complaint in PayPal immediately and Bestbuy delivered the product the next day.

Good double screen work monitor

Works great. I am an older person. I use the monitor to enhance my experience while editing documents (text and image) and reading news sites.

Excellent 4K monitor.. easy to setup and all. Just don’t like the joystick type button at bottom for clicking on all things. It’s difficult to use and not at all good design.

almost as good at my Mac monitor

I have 2 of these in my office. It has not given me any problems except maybe twice the screen gave off a strange color but then it went away after I turned off and on again

Not for light-sensitive folks

I am light-sensitive, and even on the lowest setting, this monitor still hurts my eyes. Otherwise, good resolution.
