But the backlight bleed along the edges was just too much to bear, even with the brightness at zero. I know this is an inexpensive monitor for its features, but any content with dark elements on the screen were ruined by the bleed. Since there aren’t any stores open near me, I’m just gonna get a refund instead of trying for another one of these. Other reviews have had similar issues to mine and I don’t want to take that chance.

Now, I had the monitor connected to my laptop everything working fine. I took my laptop off power and the monitor immediately disconnected and now won't recognize any of my laptops. I've tried multiple troubleshooting options including trying different devices, different hdmi cords, different hdmi ports, turning off power for over a minute, and nothing is working. I'm really unimpressed that something so simple as removing power on a connected laptop could render this device useless.
