Flickers/black screen on Windows 10

The picture looks awesome, but unfortunately it flickers every a few minutes and sometimes it even flickers with a black screen for half a second. Downloaded and install the latest driver on Windows 10, and made sure Windows 10 has the latest update. Really annoying and have no idea what to do next.

There are several major design issues. The monitor stand is very unstable and shaky, and its movement freedom is very limited. The monitor shakes while even typing slowly! The mount points are not well designed. They are not placed higher than the middle.
