    My first 4k monitor purchase bought one open box got home unboxed it no power cable drove back to best buy a 13min drive returned it and asked for a replacement thay gave me me a new one ok i was happy getting a new 4k monitor at open box price i felt good got home i set it up Boom dead pixel returned

    Run for the hills, this monitor sucks

    Colors on this were terrible and trying to calibrate it did nothing. The colors looked dull and did not come close to the clarity of another cheaper 4k acer monitor. to add to that, the product description was very deceptive and did not mention the monitor is sold as a “bundle” with a digital product, and so when I went to return it, I was not given my full refund (despite not using the digital product that was advertised as a freebie). Luckily calling customer service was able to issue a refund, but in store customer service basically said I was out of luck. Not worth the trouble at all. I’d prefer a 1080p monitor with good color calibration to this thing.

    Goes Black Randomly Be VERY Cautious and Vigilant!

    I am extremely frustrated with this monitor. The first one I bought was an open box. After about a day and during a longer gaming session, the monitor started going black randomly, but my second older monitor didn't so I am pretty sure it is not my graphics card. I then returned the monitor and paid the difference to get a new one. I get it home and in a matter of hours it had the same problem. I don't know if it was how the store handled the monitors or what, but be very careful about buying this monitor.

    Bad or defective monitor--Stay away if your a Mac

    No good. Will not wake up half the time when connected to a Mac mini and have to do a hard restart to wake up monitor. I've tried two separate computers and the monitor simply will not wake up reliably -- Just stays on black screen. Totally unreliable and inconsistent. Do NOT buy for mac use. Junk, This is my last Samsung product, and I won't buy another. Also, tried to contact support, and forces you to create a Samsung account. Bad company. Bad products. Bad service.

    Horrific Monitor 2x Broken DOA

    Please avoid, my first unit went haywire with the screen glitching out and constantly turning off. Thinking I got a bad apple I returned it and tried again and within a few days the same problem arose to the point it wouldn’t turn on. I confirmed that all input devices were working ok. Don’t waste your time on this piece of junk. Even when it worked the picture quality was meh. Pick another brand such as LG. Save yourself the hassle.

    I'm disappointed I didn't return this in the window I had but there was too much going on. It's probably the worst monitor I've bought, especially for the money. I wish I would've spent a little more and picked up something that understands the 'display' part of building a monitor. The colors are off, the brightness is terrible, and all around, it's just not worth buying.

    Absolutely awful. I do not write reviews ever but I felt I should to warn anyone who works from home like I do against this monitor. I "upgraded" to this from an LG monitor half the price and I wanted to tear my hair out trying to work from this one the first day out of the box. Constantly goes black. I couldn't do anything without it glitching out every 5-6 minutes. Returning it and getting a 4K LG. After trying to work from this one I don't even care about the extra $100 I'm going to have to spend on a better one. Save yourself the hassle and headache and do not buy this. Stay away from Samsung monitors if you value your sanity.

    Pretty decent monitor, but absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to change inputs or settings, you have one button that controls everything and it's a crapshoot if it does what you want it to do. Monitors from 20 years ago were more user friendly.

    Sometimes the images were full of “snow”. It was to noticeable to use. Tried resetting connections. It would come back. Tried resetting the video drivers in Windows. It was still noticeable. Sent back.

    Display won't turn back on

    I bought this for a better work from home setup. Ultimately, looking at the monitor gave me a huge headache, the colors were a bit off, and there were weird scaling issues with the program I have to use for my work. I've only had it for less than a week, and now the display won't power on. This is getting returned. I ended up finding a QHD 27" from ViewSonic that is much better for my needs. It has better color fidelity, tilts, height adjusts, no scaling issues , and doesn't give me a giant headache. My experience won't apply to everyone. The monitor design itself is modern and neutral, it fit well on my small desk. The build quality felt substantial, and the matte display was great for viewing.

    HORRIBLE. Monitor randomly blanks out. When it comes back on line, the display is not correct. The windows bar is blank and you can't switch programs without using alt tab. It'll be fine for a while then it starts. Usually when I'm in the middle of a meeting. You have to unplug it and reboot the computer to get it to work correctly. I hook the same laptop up to 3 other monitors and do not have this problem. When I first got it, I thought it might be my computer. But since it's ONLY happening on this monitor, I went on line to look at reviews. Guess what, it's the monitor and a known problem for this monitor. It also has the single worst interface they could create.
