    Went dead after a year and 2 months, conveniently after the 1 year warranty. Barely used it. Could just be my luck, but I wont be buying a Samsung monitor again.

    Flicking Monitor

    We have had the monitor since July 9th and it flickers on and off. The problem is the small box that the monitor plugs into. I do not recommend.

    Worst monitor I have ever used. Takes forever to wake up when computer is asleep, over 20 seconds. Has a god awful blinking blue LED when computer is in sleep mode that in a bedroom lights it up like a christmas tree. Just awful.

    This is the worst TV I have ever had in my life! Even after multiple calls and texting with their "support" people, they still could not get the TV to sedn audio to my amplifier. AND, the picture was terrible.

    This was purchased soley for the purpose of using with a xbox one x. There are only 3 or 4 monitors out there that met the criteria I was looking for. I was looking for HDR 10, IPS, 4k, and freesync. The ones I were considering prior to finding this were more along the lines of simulated HDR. When I found out this one supported 10 I went and picked one up. I have only spent a few hours so far testing things out with borderlands 3 and destiny 2. I could not be happier . I have a very high end tv and this display outmatched the quality by a landslide. While shopping I assumed I was going to spend upwards of 1200 for what I was looking for, so 350 to meet all of this criteria was a steal for me. Picture is crisp, brilliant, and thus far no screen tear while in game. I will update in a month after much more use. Initial impression is outstanding.

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

    Got 2 of These Both had Particles Under Screen

    Monitor seemed great, right when I received both I did white screen tests and both had particles/dust under them where I couldn't clean them off.

    Did not turn on after one year. I purchased 2 Samsung Monitors UR55 on 9/11/2020 and One just broken today. No warranty. Not worth for the money buying this Samsung model.

    DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC

    I fought and fought with it. I had to return my new mac and get a new one. Turns out, this monitor will just block the singla and stop receiving video. Complete garbage. DO NOT BUY if you own a mac.

    This monitor is driving me crazy! If you have a Xbox series X, stay away from it. It's impossible to adjust the brightness. It was nothing like this on my Xbox One X.

    Second samsung 4k monitor to have issues. First one died after 2 years. I have to unplug and replug in the monitor all the time to get it to work.
