Unbeatable price. I bought this OPEN BOX for $200! Excellent condition, no accessories missing, 4K Monitor for $200, can’t find that anywhere specially Samsung. I mainly bought it for my 4K security cameras and since it has 2 HDMI inputs I can use it with my iMac as a second screen.

the perfect budget 4k monitor. I use it mainly for music production and some occasional gaming

I love my new monitor so much! It’s bright, the colors are vivid, and the frameless bezel is sleek! The only problem I ran into is mounting because of the recessed vesa area, but it still worked.

It is really nice monitor and it can be use with two computer as two hdmi input also there which is very nice feautures .. best 4k monitor in this price range

The tv isn’t compatible with The Bose sound bar, the bass doesn’t work. The screen on the tv is too reflective and I can’t watch it without turning off ceiling lights. The screen also reflects lights from closed curtains during the day. I will buy an OLED next time.

Excellent UHD4k monitor great for gaming. I’m really happy with this product.

Going back to the LG 27" 4K Monitor -Panel may be decent, but chassis and stand are cheap -greater IPS glow than the LG 27" 4K Monitor -MacBook Pro connected to this and this is just average, won't complain too much as the price is not outrageous but - there are other options

Great high resolution monitor for this price! However, there’s an obvious white area when the screen is black. Not too visible during normal use but still annoying when you’re watching something with a dark background

Fantastic monitor. Sharp as can be, and it really brings out the beauty of the MacBook I have even as an external monitor.

The monitor is very good it has a single button on the bottom which is used to control all the settings and you have to swipe your finger around it in order for it to work

I absolutely love this monitor. The video quality is good but the only thing I wish for if it was curved.

Quality is nice, price is acceptable, but the stand it comes on is rickety. No cords, bumps, and this monitor fell on top of me breaking. I need a new monitor now. Mount this monitor if you care about it's survivability. Barely hit the keyboard and marked the screen but resulted in a serious crack and damage, which will probably cost more to repair than the actual product. Also, this monitor is HEAVY

The product was defective when unboxing. There is ripped-off paint in the front which looks ugly. You can't stop looking at it as it's right in front of you. Since this is a big screen, I was hoping to mount it but It's a nightmare. The weird curved back makes it really hard to use any regular mount. I can't find the mount for this monitor on amazon as well. The materials and build quality are very poor. I'm returning this back.

I never got the chance to try the product I ordered due to the following unboxing experience. When the package arrived at my door, I already had a bad feeling. Honestly, I can’t even call it a “box.” It was so poorly handled and damaged that it barely resembled secure packaging. Despite my doubts, I decided to open it, hoping that the product inside might somehow be intact. But, unfortunately, it was just as I feared. The monitor was completely broken: The front and back panels were detached. The corners and side plastics were riddled with cracks and chips. I was so upset by this that I couldn’t even continue unpacking to assess it further. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed in how Best Buy handles the products they sell. I ordered an “Open-Box Excellent” item, expecting something “like new,” as advertised. Instead, I received a severely damaged product in unacceptable packaging, suggesting a lack of care both for the item and for me as a customer. This was my first (and likely last) time purchasing an open-box item from Best Buy. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their processes to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Beautiful monitor. I'm using it for for 4K surveillance camera set up. I have a 6 camera set up and the clarity is great. Wall mounted and light weight.
