It wasn't defective, just a bother to endlessly tweak for (i) day trading at one moment and (ii) reading & writing at the other. And I still prefer the default vibrancy of my ViewSonic. For gaming only, this is decent, but note that it's only 60Hz.

First, one of the boxes had previously been open. We didn't pay for an open box item...this is a failure on Best Buy. Look closely at the packaging before making a purchase or accepting a curbside order. Second, there are annoying messages about their built-in eye strain feature that pop up every single time you power on your PC. Small thing but annoying. Third, the monitors tilt, and both of them are too weak to stay upright long term. They both slowly fall and end up pointing downward.

The stand is questionable.

I was carrying it to the car and went to switch my hand position by grabbing the stand and the monitor fell right off and hit the concrete. My point is, when moving the monitor make sure to NOT grab it by the stand and only by the monitor itself.
