Having a french door freezer on the bottom was a game-changer for me — I have no problems accessing and organizing my freezer like I did with freezer drawers. Also, I've had no issues with the water or ice production so far.

It was a bad compressor which I was told and the fridge needed to be replaced. My previous refrigerator lasted 25 years and this one only lasted just about two years. A high expectation of a reliable appliance made by Samsung went out the window unfortunately.

The freezer is actually organized and dont have to go digging like our previous one bottom drawer. We love it. The water pitcher is a main reason we bought the fridge and it is great!!!!

My wife comments all the time on how much she loves this refrigerator, so much so she bought one for her mother as well. Really like the access door for the water pitcher and shelves.
