We purchased our $3200 fridge model RF29A9671SR/AA in July 2023 and just spent $632.12 on parts and labor for what I consider manufactures defects but of course the warranty is only for a year on this refrigerator so we were SOL. The problem first started with water leaking and freezing under the vegetable and meat drawers to be told that it’s the water filter casing and that needed to be replaced. During this time our ice drawer began filling with water creating solid ice and we were finding pieces that were broken from either the ice maker or housing of the water filter. We had to pay to replace both pieces. Either way after owning the refrigerator for only 18 months this should not be happening. I was silly and ignored the reviews from 2019 thinking they had time to fix these issues but apparently Samsung has people fooled that they are still making a profit so they don’t stand behind their product. Samsung needs to stick to making TVs and phones because their appliances are crap!
