    Dents , Scratches and fingerprints everywhere

    Really a shame at this price point. Had since October and already countless scratches and dents and completely smudged up by the end of every day. Old fridge was 15 years old had none of these issues (that i could see anyway, although it was white in fairness)

    Samsung fail

    Leaking for a month which is a month after installation and no help from Samsung. The company assigned to fix has cancelled two service requests and says parts not available. Oddly, how would they know because they've not come to see the broken fridge. Unacceptable to pay for a fridge that leaks and nobody will help address.

    Ice maker

    After about a year the ice maker started dripping ice into the trays. The water freezes before getting to the ice tray making ice cycles. Ice trays also dump ice at random into freezer. Good fridge overall.

    Best Buy needs to do better!

    Best Buy didn't remember to take this out of demo mode so all the food went bad. When I contacted them, I was told I would have to drive to the store ( an hour each way ) to discuss it with them. This isn't a knock on the fridge but a knock on Best Buy for not standing behind the mistake they made.

    NOT EVEN 24 HRS....I CHECKED NO ICE CUBES, WOKE UP THIS MORNING STILL NO ICE CUBES IN BOTH BINS..THANGIVING COMING UP GOT 20 FOR DINNER AND NO ICE CUBES IN HAWAII!!!! FIX THIS BEFORE THANGSGIVING

      As per checking, after you have installed your refrigerator and plugged it in, follow these instructions to ensure proper ice-making and to keep the ice bucket full of ice.
      For first-time use
      • Let the ice maker make ice for 1-2 days.
      • Discard the first 1-2 buckets of ice to remove impurities in the water supply system.

      You may also check page 59 of the user manual for more information about diagnosing the ice maker.

      A correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps the doors to close by themselves and helps with draining. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening. Please check this link for details.

    We are currently on our third refrigerator in this model. We’ve had two brand new ones delivered and now getting a third. I don’t know what Is going on with Samsung but we are not impressed. We are forced to buy the Geak squad protection plan because of al the anticipated fixes we’ll have with this product.

    We love this refrigerator. It's beautiful and has so much space. Having the option for the bottom lower right section to be freezer or fridge is awesome. It has a lot more space because of the french door design and you can see everything when you open the doors instead of digging around for what you want. The 2 different ice cube sizes are also a plus. Always cold pitcher of water and the spout inside the top left door. All the bells and whistles that we wanted.
