Love the space inside and tall middle shelf compared to other brands. Cold water pitcher gets used daily. Inly con so far is I miss my lunch meat drawer.

Without any real explanation it got postpone. So we just had the flex in the mean time. We ended up just keeping it. Love the fridge works for our family of 4. With two teenagers. The only flaw is the ice maker get a little crazy making ice. And when we pull the drawer out to get the ice maker just drops it on the bottoms.

Really like not having the ugly ice dispenser in the door, and I absolutely love the water pitcher the door. The 2 different ice cube sizes is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Now there is no ice being made and no water in the pitcher. We've checked the water lines, replaced the filter with a genuine Samsung filter, unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in, turned the pitcher fill off and turned the ice off then turned them back on. Still nothing. Looks like I get to deal with Best Buy or Samsung "customer service". This thing is less than 90 days old. Might be easier to just return it.

The delivery/installers were very professional, stayed masked throughout the entire process, and were very careful to not damage the new refrigerator or our house! The refrigerator looks and works great!

The ice machine overflows, which means you have to dump the tray once a day. The doors have to be pushed shut, they don’t close when you swing them shut.

Could not put hardly anything in it or if the food fell behind the draw it was a pain to get out. The handle kept falling off. This refrigerator is almost how the freezer were when they were on top. Except this one is better. The shelves pull out and if you don’t want both sides as a freezer it can be a refrigerator. My refrigerator with the draw was just 2 years old. I hated it so much I had to get this one. Glad I did.
