DO NOT BUY!

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our fridge only 3 years old went out initially with a cooling problem that soon evolved into an electrical problem and when we tried to plug in the fridge it would spark. I contacted Samsung and waited 11 days for a technician to come out only to be told the day before my appointment that an e-coupon was supposedly accepted and Samsung has voided my warranty and technician appointment has been canceled I’ve spoken to Samsung customer service manager and he was of no assistance and only cared about his policy and procedures. I would not recommend this refrigerator nor the headache customer service has caused.

BUYER'S BEWARE

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love samsung products but this was the worst investment ever, once the manufacturers warranty expired I had issues with the water pitcher not filling, I had to pay for service fee in may its the end of september and I still have the same issue. I am being told that I'm out of the 90days service warranty (by 1 day) and I have to pay again My warranty expires in november so I am stuck with a faulty fridge. Called samsung and they mentioned there is nothing they can do since it was not serviced by them, so to call bestbuy and I am stuck with this. If you want a disposable fridge buy this one.

beautiful exterior, but issues internally

I like the interior size and convertible feature. But less than a year old and the bottom corners began chiipping. After the 1 year warranty ended, the ice maker started leaking and the ice trays produce a large block of ice instead of small nugget ice. I regret not buying a protection plan for this applicance, but at almost $3,000, I expect it to last for many years in good condition. I cannot in good faith recommend this appliance, as lovely as it appears on the exterior.

Water everywhere

A few hours after installation we discovered that the water wasn't flowing to the ice maker but was leaking under the crisper drawer and pooling under the fridge. We shut off the water supply and are waiting for a repair person to come out asap, which in this case is 5 days later. The fridge is nice otherwise, but don't let the installer leave until you verify that the filtered water and ice maker function without flooding your kitchen.

Awesome item

I bought this for my new kitchen and was not disappointed. There are no handles which provides a sleek and elegant look. The set up was easy and once installed I realized there was wifi! Unit also came with lots of plastic storage bins.

Delivery has been cancelled multiple times. They even showed up once without the actual appliance. Then my Best Buy account was hacked, and I had fraudulent activity on my card. I had to cancel my account and my card. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

Best refrigerator I've ever owned!

The flexibility of having the bottom right section to be either refrigerator or freezer is a game changer, love this feature! The two size ice machine and continuous fill water pitcher is also a feature that I thoroughly enjoy! All in all super happy with this purchase! Only thing I wish is that it had a fingerprint resistant surface, I am always have the clean the outside surface, but it does clean up quick and easy with a clean rag.
