If the ice maker appears not to be making any or enough ice, low water pressure or a faulty water filter may be to blame. Please see these links for details. For the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure must be between 30-125 psi (206-861 kPa).

Absolutely love the sleek design with the integrated handles. Best part of the design, self-filling pitcher of filtered water, that can be infused for flavored water. No more water messes from the door, behind a door out of sight. Genius!! My only angst, I can no longer count the times I have just pull out the ice tray to select my ice cubes of size based on beverage only to have the ice maker drop the next freshly frozen cubes into the freezer on the first shelf. The only critique is there seems to be no sensor or way for the ice maker to know not drop ice if the tray is pull out. This annoy irritant has morphed into a humorous moment due to the frequency of occurrences since taking ownership. Still in my unbiased opinion, this is the most impressive refrigerator I have looked at shopped for, considered and owned, ever! Again Genius.

It makes me question Samsung quality! I love everything else, the features, the color, the cooling, easy to set temperature. Total Tech came out to look at it and it was installed correctly. Best Buy made it right and I got a new refrigerator.
