The fridge is really good, first one we got had water pipe issues so they got replaced it. The only thing is that the delivery guys not cooperating with me when i asked to take their shoes off when entering the house. They were ok when we talked on the phone, but not when it was time to enter the house. This is how we do, and they should respect the customers

Huge space , lots of shelves behind doors. Easy to operate the menu.

Needed a new refrigerator and i love the french doors. Especially for the freezer makes it easy and accessible to store stuff.

Love the auto refill pitcher, and dual ice. Freezer storage is much better than my side by side. No traditional handle took a little getting used to. Very happy with this unit so far.

So far its been working fine. We like the ice cube festure. And the option for the freezer space to be fridge space.

most spacious fridge we've ever owned! love the 4 door concept, so much door space that doesn't take away from the shelving. Freezer is so easy to keep organized because you can easily see everything. Issues: doors get fingerprints, it's very large and will likely stick out well beyond most cabinets and counter tops. We don't use the water pitcher inside. I wouldn't want to constantly have to clean that.

Very nice unit with attention to detail. All the drawers and storage shelves work really well and have been well designed to be both functional and nice looking. The pull out drawers in the freezer are an amazing upgrade for us. So far we are very happy with the purchase.

Love this, Fridge. Love the features and the quality of the drawers. The water dispenser is a great addition. The design of the top left door could've been better. (You have to push it in if the right door was closed first or it won't close all the way.)

I think the refrigerator overall is excellent I really like the four doors and the flex fridge option I wouldn't buy any other refrigerator but this one it's quiet elegant and has a lot of flexibility options I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

This is an awesome refrigerator for my garage. I bought this in the scratch and sent section of the store. I only paid $1176, that's about $2500 off retail and about $1500 off the price of the one I bought on a black Friday deal. Yes I have 2 of these. Thank you Best Buy for an amazing price on a great refrigerator.

My wife and I love this fridge so far. The water pitcher is awesome, I wish samsung would sell them for a reasonable price and make them dishwasher safe.

Love this fridge! Probably the heaviest fridge I've ever moved. It took 4 able guys to get this thing up 2 steps into the home so the free delivery may be worth waiting on if you can. -It gets cold and stays cold -Plenty of space -Water pitcher fills quickly and has a small footprint -Ice bins took roughly 36hours to fill from initial plug in

A very nice refrigerator with a lot of room. It’s taller than the standard refrigerator so make sure you measure carefully. Freezer is not as big as I would like, but the slide out shelves make it really nice.

It has lots of room. I love the lighting and the flex zone.

Love love love this fridge. It is so easy to keep clean, lots of space, i use the bottom right as a fridge and store my eggs and milk. Only use the bottom left as freeze section where the dual ice trays are.
